Absolutely beautiful . Delivered swiftly and with care for such a delicate product

Very disappointed it didn’t even come in a box. Not too impressed with the quality. Took a long time to arrive. I ordered two at the same time and one arrived over a week after the first one.

I ordered the beautiful glasses when I spotted them on social media. They had to be shipped to my address from overseas and taking this into consideration, I felt the ordering to receipt of parcel was as adequately documented throughout and arrived quite swiftly.

It looked very nice, but the picture wasn't flat against the glass. Maybe it was meant to be like that?

Very pretty glass but the transfer wasn't very good it was wrinkled at the side more care could have been taken, I feel I can no longer give this to my friend on her birthday as it isn't as it should be.

Absolutely beautiful glasses and worth the wait

I am always very wary about ordering from a site I have never used before. Was kept informed about my delivery. It arrived well packaged. Absolutely beautiful & good quality. Only negative took a while to arrive.

It was delivered well packed, with care and didn't wait to long to come.

The item looked a lot better in the advert, quite disappointed when it arrived I was intending it for a present but have used it myself in the bathroom. It took quite a while to arrive. Wouldn't recommend.

Customer service was excellent when I was overcharged and they rectified it as soon a subcontracted them.
Sadly though the quality of the turtle design glass was nowhere near near as nice as the advert and not worth the money it cost. Shame as I would have purchased more had the quality been better.

Loved the sea turtle glass that was ordered, but very disappointed that the decorative gift box and card were not included with the package, as the gift was chosen because of these as well. Received in an ordinary cardboard box with polystyrene inside to protect the glass.

After placing my order I received an email giving updates at each stage of the items journey , communication was very good. The item itself is lovely, very well packaged and considering it was shipped from USA to UK the time it took was not too bad.

Can't find original email to send it back, looks barely like the photographs and is just a sticker on a glass.

WELL WAS rather haphazard in the begining, in the end i was so confused i just stood back and waited .
thought the glass would have been a little larger.
but it arrived so good end
