Too bad I cannot give them zero stars.
I've paid around £ 90for a couple of lights and I have never received them. They don't take responsibility.
Never again.

Firmaet er måske nordisk, men det er billigt bras sendt fra Kina. Min lampe vil ikke lade op, og de påstår, at jeg ikke bruger det originale ladekabel. Jeg har sendt videodokumentation, og de ignorer mig. Plattenslagere.

Terrible company, avoid. Ordered a lamp, it was nothing whatsoever like the photo. I returned it to China, I paid! And they were so difficult and never refunded me a penny.

The 4 solar Garden Spot Lights don't work, have never worked and if I want a full refund, I'm supposed to return them to China! No where in their company literature is that mentioned.
I have been offered small gift cards towards purchasing other products. Are they serious?
The Company is a twice a scam: Disfunctional products and refunds only to China.

Received this today my galaxy projector.Absolute appalling junk .The price is ridiculous for basically a torch what shines through a lens pic .30 days return ye right it took about 6 weeks to arrive so that's a scam too

Han cambiado el nombre de la empresa para que no se encuentren las críticas. Mira en creative . lighting (con el punto en en medio) para dejar allí las críticas, ya que la gente va allí a buscar opiniones.

En mi caso: Las lámparas son bonitas aunque más caras que en otras webs. Compre una lámpara y empezó al mes a dar fallos de carga. Les contacté y lo primero que me dijeron. Demuéstrenos que está usando el cable USB original porque otros cables estropean la lámpara y usted pierde la garantía.
1) en el caso de que hubiera usado otro cable (que no fue así) nunca me dijeron que solo usara ese cable.
2) cómo demuestra que usas el cable original?
Imposible. Me dijeron que me enviaban una nueva a mitad de precio 😂
Así que me quedé sin lámpara. La tuve que tirar y perdí el dinero porque obviamente no les volví a pagar por una lámpara que me enviaron rota.

Ich kann die negativen Kommentare leider nur bestätigen. Ich habe 6 LED Strahler bestellt, von einer Firma die angeblich in Schweden ihren Sitz hat. Die Strahler sahen sehr hochwertig aus. Tatsächlich kamen direkt aus China billige Strahler aus Plastik, die schlecht leuchten und auch nicht die dargestellten Effekte aufweisen. Auf meinen Wunsch diese zurückzusenden, wurde mir mitgeteilt, ich müsse dies nach China zurücksenden. Den Firmensitz in Schweden scheint es tatsächlich nicht zu geben.
Leider bin ich auf Betrüger hereingefallen, daher Warnung an alle: FINGER WEG

I have made an order on January 2025 and it is 16-05-2025 and the order is not delivered yet. They resent the order 3 times with obvious failure. They also refuse to refund because you have to get the items first to send them back. 100 euros wasted ..

I ordered two items and my husband’s didn’t want them!! They sent me an address in China to ship the items back which cost $212 .

This is really upsetting as they are forcing you to keep these items with this shipping cost!

Non comprate in questo sito, ho subito una truffa da 1100€, le lampade che descrivono sono totalmente diverse da quelle che vengono spedite.
Il negozio pensi che sia a Stoccolma ma invece è una truffa loro sono in Cina.
Quando gli ho chiesto di fare il reso mi è stato detto di no. la politica di reso è una truffa ti chiedono se vuoi una carta regalo.
non esiste un call center, non esiste nulla. ti rispondono dalla cina.

ware endlich erhalten, die lampen sind von aller billigster bauart, die fernbedienung hat keinen akku, respektive keine batterie, so kann man die tage abzählen, wann die fernbedienung nicht mehr funktioniert. die lampe selbst lädt zwar in aaa speicherbatterien in der lampe. die speicherbatterien sind aber nicht zugriffsfähig sondern laufen wahrscheinlich nach einigen monaten aus und man kann die lampe in die TONNE schmeißen. absolutes billigprodukt, das allerletzte für einen hohen preis, nie wieder!!!!!!

I tried to organise a return, due to a change of mind. Via email, they said they had not received my money, so it's not from them. But, the money was debited from my account the same day!!! It was Creative lighting Stockholm, on the statement. Then they said it wasn't their product or packaging, so do your homework before purchasing in the future. They denied it was their product totally, despite me forwarding numerous emails from the purchase, the shipping updates, the delivery, all with the same information and contact email.
I have been had, and I hope this helps others to never be caught out as I was.

This is a scam website. They are not Scandinavian but Chinese and all the products come from Alibaba at one third the price.

I have a toilet night light that has stopped working after two months and was asked to send a photo of the problem, well all you can do is take a photo of it not shining which I did.
I was offered a ten pound voucher and asked to purchase another one.
These are very cheap looking plastic items not worth the asking price, hence I will not be purchasing a replacement and waiting for ever for it to arrive.
