DO NOT ORDER …. Chinese drop shipping. Our order was send in seperate small shipments to avoid European import taxes. Only half of the items arrived, but we still paid full amount. No support to trace the the missing parcels.

Cannot cancel the order, won't refund and no products in sight... This is a scam

I’m having a horrible customer experience with this company, they claim to have sent me my parcel and even though I show clear evidence that it hasn’t been delivered and then they keep saying that they have to investigate, I would like a refund please.

Die Lieferung der bezahlten Bestellung ist nie erfolgt. Es gab nur Lügen: Sendung auf Transport verloren gegegen, nicht zustellbar und dann kamen keine Informationen mehr.

Looked nice as a picture, but not on a wall. Missing Parts, instructions in Chinese. NO CUSTOMER SUPFROM THESE THIEVES!!!

I ordered 4 lights: 1 missing, 1 broken. When I asked to return the shipment for a refund, I could return if I paid for the return and customs to China (70€!) OR I could keep the goods and they would refund 30€ out of 140€ that I spent... After several mails.. guess what.. no response, no 30€.. nothing! TOTAL RIP OFF!

I spent >SGD300 on 5 Brightly Motion Lights and 3 clip on book lights and was greatly disappointed when the products arrived. First, the delivery packaging was wrapped unprofessionally in plastic, not in a box as expected of a Swedish company. Secondly, the products came in very cheap, old and discolored packaging. For the products themselves, the "magnetic stickers" for the Brightly Motion Lights didn't even have any magnetic effect - they were just 2 small pathetic stickers for a long 50cm light. As for the clip on book lights, they were so flimsy to handle! Overall, everything just told me that I have been cheated!

I wrote to them and like other customers, they offered gift card for future purchase, and I was told to return the items to a place in Shenzhen China.

I would urge all to avoid this Creative Lighting website!

Danke für die Erfahrungsberichte hier....es ist eine gängige Masche sich als EU -Händler auszugeben mit vertrauensklingenden Namen- wie z.B Meyers Boutiqe , Heidi Moden oder halt Creative Lighting....obwohl ich die Idee des Produktes cool finde werde ich dort nicht bestellen , ich hoffe das der China Wirtschaftsimperialismus irgendwann gestoppt wird. .

De fortjener ikke en eneste stjerne. Det er nu 3 uger siden jeg bestilte en lampe. Den er ikke kommet, ej heller sendt fra deres lager. Jeg har skrevet til dem 4 gange nu og har fået svar på både engelsk og svensk. Det ene svar var, vi sender en ny og en rabat kode til næste køb. Det andet svar var, vi forsikre dig at du får din vare. Har efterfølgende skrevet 2 gange, da de har trykket pengene fra min konto og jeg vil have dem retur nu. hverken lampe eller penge er landet hos mig og nu modtagere jeg intet svar fra dem…. Fyp firma, køb aldrig noget hos dem…. Føj nogle umoralske mennesker….!!!

Bought 4 table lamps. Not cheap but as they advertise as good quality Swedish I was prepared to pay. Eventually arrived and they are so tacky, plastic and give little light they are useless.
Do not buy from this company.

This is a scam. My item was never delivered and they refused to assist and were very disrespectful, I have raised a complaint with the consumer protection.

I feel embarrassed for trusting their website reviews and not looking on trust pilot first. I bought Solar Powered Garden Spotlight × 1
10 / Multicolour. They arrived in about a week or so which was okay and they were well packaged and not broken. But the products themselves are made from that cheap plastic that you can tell will crack and break easily, the packaging is really cheap too, the website looks quite good but the products are like the sort of thing you find in pound stores, nothing wrong with pound stores stuff if you are paying that sort of price. I wanted them to light up some trees but the light they cast would just about light up a garden gnome. I put them out for a party and we all had a laugh about trying not to be dazzled by their brightness. People actually couldnt see the lights until I got them to look really carefully, it became a game. I am so disappointed that I fell for this marketing and wasted over £170 or something like that. I can’t be bothered to ask for a refund because I can see other people have and they haven’t got anywhere. Maybe there other stuff is okay but these garden lights are a waste of time. Not worth a quarter of the price and do not light anything up.

Leider kann man keine Minussterne vergeben. Lange Lieferzeit (obwohn angeblich Sitz in Schweden) nach Ankündigung der Lieferung konnte Sie nicht zugestellt werden. Antwortmails nur in der Nacht … muss ich noch mehr schreiben? Ich rate Finger weg … ist ganz offensichtlich ein Laden aus China

Unglaublich enttäuschende Qualität. Schlechter 3D Druck und der Boden wurde nichtmal vernünftig verklebt und das für 50€.

DON’T order from this company. They say they’re Swedish but in fact have their factory in China. If you don’t like the item you purchase they tell you must return it to China and pay the postage. They might offer you a refund of no more than 25% of the original cost. The item I ordered for over £90 ended up being cheap , Chinese crap. I was offered either the £25 refund or a £50 voucher on my next order but, NO WAY, would I order from this company again

Kinesisk skrammel - fup fra ende til anden.

Dårligt kinesisk bras,trak penge med det samme,men modtog først varen 3 uger senere,det der kom har intet med nordlys lamper at gøre,og fjernbetjening virker ikke ordentlig.

Totally misleading advertising! Supposed to be Swedish but is Chinese as I would have known if I had read the Trustpilot reviews in advance. Bought 2 garden spotlights, which I’m about to test, but the look and feel of the products definitely do not correspond with the price.
Delivery was routed through Estonia, and took quite a while to arrive, which again was somewhat suspicious.
Definitely will never order from this company ever again.

Terrible con!! Their website states they are based in Stockholm. It’s China! Had I known this I would have never ordered from them. There is no mention until you email them that returns have to be sent tracked delivery to China even for faulty products. They asked for videos of the faults, which were a faff to upload, then they denied they were faulty and pretended I didn’t understand how they worked. Wish companies like this could be stopped from trading!
