The company was very helpful when my package took slightly longer than expected to be delivered. They reached out to me before I even had the chance to reach out to them, saying that they were monitoring its progress and would reach out again in a few days if it had not improved.
I received my package soon after and everything was perfect! I finished my two latch hook pillows quite quickly and plan on ordering more once I have some more money to spare :)
Plus, the free socks I got for spending a minimum amount on my order are SO cute!! (Tulips are my favorite flower)

i got the black gingham bag craft kit and it was the great novelty activity to do with my diy-bestie!
the box had everything i needed to complete the bag and i love how i can reuse the materials for future diys (the pink flower threader is so so cute btw)!
i think personally the written instructions could be a bit more concise. it feels a bit over-explained but i guess better over explained than under explained ◡̈ the video was where it’s at though! very helpful for a visual learner like me!
overall, it’s a wonderful diy product that is useful for hangouts! it is both creative and challenging but not intimidating!

Great little rug kit, perfect for gifting.

Great fun designs! Very easy to follow and they send lots of extra string in the boxes to allow for creativity! Also amazing customer service. They are in Australia and I’m in Canada and shortly after I purchased my order for Black Friday last year Canada Post went on strike. I contacted them through Instagram and they were so kind to hold my and other Canadians packages until it was over but ended up shipping with another courier which I’m sure wasn’t cheap to get us our packages! I think I spoke with 3 different people including the founder and all so friendly! love supporting small female businesses!

I ordered two coaster kits from their website, and the experience was easy breezy. The package was shipped the next business day after ordering, and I received the order via mail quicker than I was expecting. The kits haven’t been used yet, but I took a peak inside to confirm that all parts were accounted for. Looking forward to crafting my coasters!

Beautiful, quality craft kids with prompt dispatch and delivery. My daughter and I love Craft Club latchhooking kits! I am so sorry that scammers have made a fake site pretending to be Craft Club. I’ve been scammed like this before (a different product) and it hurts! I will definitely buy more of the authentic Craft Club kits.

I’ve ordered three different craft kits from this business and they are just wonderful. The items are high quality and adorable, with fantastic instructions. It’s clear they put a lot of heart into their business and genuinely want the best experience for their customers. I will be buying more kits as gifts in the future

I understand some people have had a really bad experience with a company that has a similar name. I'm in the US and have ordered from Craft Club three different times with no issues. I've ordered a variety of products from their moss coasters to embroidery to bags to their new needlepunch kits. She's always transparent with the tracking, she will even send an interim email if the package seems to stall during transit. The kits are fun to do and super cute and have all the things you need. You get an access code when they arrove that lets you access video instructions. I've used those for embroidery but the moss and latchhook kits, I just used the written instructions. Anyway, I hope people give her a try and the knockoffs get shut down.

Craft Club is AMAZING. Truly next-level amazing. I’ve bought two kits over the past few months and the quality blew me away. The tutorials are super easy to follow, and the finished pieces? Absolutely adorable - the kind of thing you actually want to show off. Plus, their customer service is incredible - so kind, quick, and genuinely helpful. It makes the whole experience even better.

I ordered 3 latch hook kits for my daughter and I - 2 cushions and a rug. I used to make latch hook rugs growing up and was so happy to find these kits. They come with everything you need, except the cushion inserts, but I was able to purchase those from Craft Club as well. So far, we are loving them! The quality is good and I love supporting a small, female-owned business.

This company is great for people who love different crafts but who don't want to go all in all at once! Both of my boxes so far have been on time, nothing is missing or broken. Each box includes enough supplies to use/make your craft multiple times, which is a great money saver especially since the box is only $35 a month. It's a good way to treat yourself without worrying about spending too much on yourself each month. We all deserve a little treat when we can! I've told all my girlfriends about it since we all love crafting together, and I've had a couple friends over to do the soap craft box with me since I don't need 6 individual bars of soap, and they all loved it too!

Really happy with my moss coaster kits. Fun to make, with detailed video instructions and everything you need. I'm a novice crafter but it was fun and easy with the instructions. Was so happy bought a few more to make with friends. Great service from the company as well. Happy to recommend

I’ve bought multiple kits from here, ranging from crochet kits, to moss kits, to rug kits. All of the instructions have been easy to follow and the supplies are great! Plus they are super quick to respond and support. Highly recommend these kits :)

I love the craft club. I am on my 3rd latch hook rug with my fave being the strawberry. I have done 2 cross stitching kits and that was enough to get me started with making my own patterns. On my first rug I was so stressed I would run out of yarn but there was heaps left over. I love this company, they always send everything super speedy!
