When a policy is arranged with a finance agreement, the payments and terms are set out clearly at the start of the agreement. As with any finance arrangement, the agreement must be followed in line with the terms and conditions that were accepted when the policy was taken out.
If you are experiencing any difficulty with payments, we do offer support and may be able to discuss a payment plan to help manage this. Please contact our team directly and we will be happy to assist further.
