Chris was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions quickly, and made the experience very easy and stress-free. The customer service was excellent and I felt supported from start to finish. I would definitely recommend CoverMy, especially if you get the chance to deal with Chris.

Non-fault claims can still be recorded on the CUE (Claims and Underwriting Exchange) database and may be taken into account by underwriters when assessing risk, even if you were not at fault. How this impacts your premium or policy is determined by the insurer’s underwriting criteria.

In addition, if there are three or more fault claims recorded within the last year, this may fall outside of the underwriter’s acceptance criteria. In these situations, the insurer may be unable to offer or continue cover.

As part of the CUE check process, if you believe any claims have been recorded incorrectly, you can provide supporting evidence and we can request that the underwriter reviews this.

As a broker, we do not make underwriting decisions and must follow the insurer’s criteria and final decision. However, we are here to support you through the process and can assist in raising any queries or reviews on your behalf.

Shocking. When I broke down and needed recovery they couldn’t have been less helpful.
I paid for another company to collect me.
