Very rude staff
I contacted this insurance broker to get a quote and spoke to a lady on the phone. Unfortunately, I found her attitude and the way she spoke to me quite unpleasant and unprofessional. She asked a lot of questions, which I understand can be part of the quoting process, but I felt the manner in which they were asked was unnecessary.
When I asked if I could speak to somebody else, she simply hung up on me. I found this extremely rude and disappointing.
Based on this experience, I certainly won’t be using this company and will be staying well away. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this experience was not a good one.
