I have just taken delivery of 800 litres of topsoil and I just wanted to thank Gerald, the delivery man, for his help and kindness. I didn’t think it would be possible to get the sack over my fence but how wrong could I be. The forklift managed with no problem and Gerald then slit the bag a distributed the soil into my new bed. What a star. I would have no trouble recommending country supplies. They go that extra mile. Thank you.

Really disappointed with their after sales service. We had 2 broken slabs delivered and have been trying for nearly 2 weeks to get someone to reply to emails and issue a refund.

The driver who delivered our load of gravel was THE most cheerful, obliging and very professional - quite made our day. Wish there were more people with his attitude in this world! His name was Gerald.

Very efficient delivery, Pete the driver was very helpful and positioned the mulch just where I needed it. Thank you so much, will recommend to others. CB

We ordered a bulk bag of 14-20mm Scottish pebbles, plus a couple of small bags of larger ones, and are very happy with them. Lovely round pebbles. The price was very competitive, customer services very helpful and delivery was on time and straightforward - the driver was very friendly and skilled. He was keen to ensure that he placed the bulk bag as conveniently for us possible.

I have just phoned to say how helpful and understanding your driver (jez)was he placed the compost were we needed it to go it was a bit tricky and he managed it with out any problems or complaint, people are to quick to complain and slow to acknowledge exelent customer service which Jez showed me today so thank you and can Jezs line manager be informed. I placed my first order with this company which was delivered this morning the driver Duncan was outstanding and a credit to the company. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

First class orders made by via Website (Straight Forward) also placed orders by phone, sales guys polite and efficient, delivery on schedule driver extremely helpful highly recommended

Ordered 10t of MOT Type 1 on Thursday 18th November, given a delivery date of Monday 22nd. We received a phone call at lunchtime asking if we would like delivery today and it's just been delivered. Excellent service and price, great product and really fantastic delivery driver who managed magnificently with our challenging access. We are definitely happy customers. Thank you Country Supplies.

We purchased Patio slabs from the Shana site and at all stages this was a comfortable and easy experience. We were given great advice by Kirsty and nothing was too much trouble. Great service from beginning to end from the sales team to the delivery drivers and yard hands. We are really happy with the limestone slabs as well. All in all the whole experience was great.

A really friendly, helpful and reliable service. The sales staff gave me good advice, the product was excellent and the delivery was made on time and placed well which was a great help to us. Well done!

Got a trufing delivery which was laied after two days from the delivery where we noticed two batches were included, majority from a bad batch and a few from a good batch. When complaied I was informed that it was due to two day delay in laying but you can clearly see there were good ones and bad ones even after the two days the goods ones has comeup nicely. Written to MD again but no response. Do not recomend using this supplier.

16/10/2021 This note is entered to point out inacuracies in your response on your first paragraph. This was not a phone order but an order placed from your site. I never called your sales department to place the order and the first time I called your sales department was to make the complaint. I checked my mail box after this response and no invoice has been received for this order but only for the subsequent order. In your response there is still no explanation why some of the turf look fine but but not the majority if the reason for this was the two day delay. Clearly they are from two batches.

I ordered a dumpy bag of Grade A topsoil online from Country Supplies, High Wycombe and was very concerned when I read some of the previous reviews.
Well, I didn't need to worry. THEY WERE BRILLIANT.
The topsoil is excellent grade, the delivery was on the day promised, the driver was extremely polite and very capable. They had a modern truck and forklift and he dropped the bag exactly where I wanted it.
So glad to find a local firm to give my business to.

Another company that make promises they don’t keep, we have spend £3500 and at the point of sale was assured that as long as we gave 48 hours notice delivery wouldn’t be a problem, we gave them 5 working days notice, all good, only then they call to say due to staffing issues can we re arrange for two days later , we tell them we are away but can be here for today , we have cleared our work diary , made sure there is access on our road and call the, to get an approx delivery time, they inform us they aren’t being delivered today as promised as they are scheduled for tomorrow when we are away, cannot get hold of any one in the sales team "..

We have recently ordered Vande Moortel clay pavers from Country Supplies. Rob, the Sales Account Manager has been brilliant right from our first contact with the company. The pavers have been delivered a couple of weeks ago with no issues at all. The delivery driver kept us informed of his arrival and was polite and accommodating regarding where we wanted the pavers to be offloaded. This was greatly appreciated as the grounds works were still ongoing in the front garden. The delivery itself was swift and professional. Very happy customers.

I recently ordered some cladding which I then had to cancel. Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. The refund was processed immediately to my credit card with no fuss or bother .

Excellent service, delivered the next day as promised. Delivery driver (MS) leaving the aggregate in the ideal position for the work to be undertaken.

Completely disappointed by the service received from country supplies. I had ordered stock over 4 weeks ago for a very large job for items that where in stock at the time of placing the order.

My order has been delivered with missing items for me to only be informed once I had called to confirm that actually the stock was not available.
I had already called to check the stock the week before as I was informed some of my order was not available, they confirmed all the rest of stock was available.

The team are really unhelpful and offered me a refund, however when my landscapers are here to fit the fence and paving slabs, with the items not being available this just shows a very unprofessional and inconsideration for the customer.

I had heard of these stories from multiple people but thought I would go to them as they had the best price. The best price but actually if your stock does not arrive this is irrelevant and you end up paying double the amount because of the urgency needed for the supplies.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Arrogant staff at the counter, extremely slow customer service. Every time I was there only one person was serving. Line of customers waiting right up to the door. Shana site, you can only collect your order the following day. Despite the fact that the yard is empty, no customer there.Worst building supplies experience ever. Avoid if you can.

2nd order, just like the first, delivered on date requested, lifted onto the drive and positioned as requested, I didnt need to request anything more than a Main Road delivery.

They even provided an additional service, which I had requested but had not paid for prior to delivery.

Would happily recommend.
