J'ai passé une commande le 24 novembre 2025.
Ce qui m'inquiète c'est de ne pas avoir de nouvelles de cette commande de draps.
Le service client a l'air inexistant car je n'ai pas de réponse a mes mails et je commence à me dire que c'est une provenance douteuse...

Scam company. I ordered a 13.5 bamboo duvet. It was so thin I had to check the label. It said 13.5 but no way is it. I was freezing! Got in touch with the company but useless. Won’t send a return label. Expect me to return a duvet which is now not in a vacuum bag so huge. Don’t trust the positive reviews! UPDATE….after constant emails to them, they have refunded my money & don’t want the duvet back! Suggest I donate to an animal charity!

I just purchased a set of king split everyday bed sheets. Love them. Constructed well, fit well, washed well. I purchased two sets of bamboo sheets and this time I purchased the everyday sheets from Cosy House and will purchase again in the future. Excellent company.

I ordered a set of sheets a year ago. Due to the number of other sheet sets I own, this set has only been washed about 5 times since I am not home for 4 months each year.The sheets were completely pilled after the most recent wash. I wrote to the company and they asked for pictures. These were sent showing very clearly the issue.
Then , I got an e-mail asking me
1) the temperature of the water
2) the temperature of heat of the dryer
Do they really think that after 53 years of marriage I don't know how to wash sheets???
They offered no refund but a 20% coupon for a future order.
I would NEVER order from them again and will tell anyone looking for new sheets not to order from Cosy House.

Cheap fake material, not bamboo, stitching awful, tie off bits inside duvet ripped off, pillow cases about 5ft long, full off different cotton threads inside duvet cover. Dont waste your money on this cheap Chinese rubbish

I ordered from them last week and paid for express delivery and I have still not received this, I have contacted them everyday asking for updates, you can not talk to anyone it is either a robot or you have to wait days for a response for it to just be a standard text with no care or consideration.
They have taken my money and I have no product just keep saying it's in transit, this is fraud as I've paid for a product but not received it.
They have said they will refund me the £3 for express delivery but still not received this so I don't expect anything.
I will never be ordering from them again, and I reccomed you go elsewhere as its not worth purchasing with this company, it's nothing short of theft.

My wife ordered a weighted blanket on Monday 14th July 2025 which has arrived. No offer of a refund, very limited communication, no offer of a replacement… I would avoid they take your money and you don’t get your product this is nothing short of Fraud through deception under the distance selling laws. Next step is section 44 under the consumer rights act 2015 to reclaim this via claw back from the bank… overall bad Experience I would buy from someone else who supplies products after payment received….

I use Bamboo sheets and have done for years and love them bought from M & S and John Lewis all still going strong after many washes, was told of Cosy House sheets so decided to try them. They came quickly and were packaged nicely. But that’s where it ends up! After following washing instructions, and after 2 washes they bobbled , so I complained and after sending pictures of my washing program and the sheets received another set , but hey ho 2 washes in the same thing happened so both sets are now in the bin !!!! Friends and family who bought them have all had the same problem. Bamboo sheets sets are a fabulous product if bought from the right company .

I purchased a white kingsize Bamboo Sheet Set and a set of white Luxury Bamboo Pillowcases. Unfortunately my wife did not want plain bedding but something with a pattern. (should've known better).
I contacted customer services about returning the items and got a reply almost straight away from Alex.
Not only did they give me a refund but told me to donate the bedding to a charity rather than returning them......Amazing, Well done CosyHouse

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Poor Delivery & Customer Service
I placed an order with CozyHouse on July 8th and was told it shipped on the 10th. By the 14th, I still hadn’t received it and contacted them. I was told to “just wait,” despite the tracking showing conflicting and unclear updates.
I reached out to the courier (Evri) myself, who admitted they had lost the package. When I asked CozyHouse for a refund or a replacement, they refused—hiding behind their shipping policy and refusing to take accountability.
Instead of resolving the issue or contacting the courier themselves, they kept sending me the same tracking link and brushing me off. For a company that claims to care about customers, this is a terrible way to handle lost parcels.
I’ve now had to chase both the courier and CozyHouse, wasting time and money for a product I never received. Most reputable companies would’ve either refunded me or resent the item by now. I won’t be shopping here again.

This “bamboo” bedding is not worth the money, it’s mostly cheap man made fibre and very thin. There were raw edges on the pillowcases and after a couple of uses the bottom sheet has rubbed up and bobbled which makes it uncomfortable.

I was excited to get my cooling bamboo sheets from Cody House! I read lots of great reviews about how they were made and people loved them! Well…I am SO disappointed by the quality of the thin fabric and the color (Silver) I bought is awful too, it looks GREEN.
Also, after one night sleeping on them they wrinkled up so much, which doesn’t come out, and they are so thin, they just look horrible!
What a waste of money!

The quality of their products is very poor and deliberately misleading. When it states on the website that it’s “Bamboo” you do not expect items to be 60% polyester.

The customer service is a joke. Defending their products with statements like, “Please understand that our pricing is based on several factors, including the quality of materials used, the manufacturing process, and the overall value that each sheet provides.

Our goal is to offer consistent quality and value to our customers; thus, the pricing structure that we have.

Moreover, our Luxury sheet set starts at £68.95 and not £126, which is considered one of the lowest prices available on the market right now.”

I think we have a different version of luxury. I cannot imagine in a hundred years that any hotel would ever use these sheets.

Avoid unless you like cheap polyester sheets with a touch of bamboo. Going back to my Egyptian 1000 thread count cotton sheets. Now that’s luxury.

Bought a purple bamboo bed sheet set. It's been a year or so and there's no bobbling, colour fade, shrinking or scratchyness to the material. It's as soft as the day I bought them, such good quality. Smooth and light and airy. I knew I wanted to get another set so I've just bought a green set. Honestly wouldn't have expected myself to buy expensive bedding like this but it's so worth the money and you get what you pay for.

I just received my sheet set and my quilt set on Friday. I immediately put it on my bed hoping that I would finally have a better night sleep. I tend to be very hot when sleeping. Boy was I wrong. I had an awful night. I was sweating worse than usual and ended up sleeping on top of my covers. I have a ceiling fan which was turned on and a floor cooling fan which was on. The sheets themself are very harsh to me. Touch and itchy. The quilt set is nice.

Der Kundenservice ist auch höchst professionell und schnell. Zudem muss festgehalten werden, dass die Firma viel Hilfe an Obdachlosenheime und Tierheime verrichtet. Alles in einem Super!

Excellent product and service; can’t fault it. Protector was easy to fit - just followed the instructions and it was the perfect size for a 32/33cm deep mattress without putting any stress on the zip. I like the fact that the whole mattress is encased.
Ordered on a Sunday, arrived Monday.

First of all, I read the reviews on Cosy House luxury sheet sets and majority of the reviews were extremely positive, so I ordered 3 sets and extra pillowcases. To be honest, once I finally received this product I was not impressed with this product.
I haven't used any of the pillowcases yet, but I did put the burgundy luxury sheet set on one of my beds. I have never had sheets or pillowcases from the same set be different shades, dark and light. Also the stitching had puckers and like snags in the fabric and extremely stringy. I checked the Cosy house labels on the sheets and pillowcases and they are different.
I really wish I could post the pictures i took so every one could see the poor quality.
Also the first night, going to bed, I felt like the sheets were very soft, but I ended up waking up a few hours later feeling very hot and sweaty. I ended up taking a shower and change my sheets and pillowcases to my previous brands. Also I decided not to return these sheet sets, mainly because I had issues get my sheet sets and pillowcases in a reasonable time with this company. It took SEVERAL emails back and forth before finally getting these sets and cases.

I can’t fault their customer service - whilst the quilt wasn’t suitable for me their amazing customer service will ensure i keep an eye on any new products.
