Don’t be fooled! Sheets are sleazy and feel like rayon. When I tried to return them, the company informed me that they don’t offer free return shipping and instead offered a 30% discount to keep them. It will cost a fortune to pay for return shipping, so I took the discount, donated the sheets to Good Will, and learned an expensive lesson.

The worst pillow in the world. It didn't expand properly and it's as lumpy as anything. Don't buy from this company.

I bought this pillow thinking would really help with my neck issues. It did not work for me. They have a 90-day return policy. Make sure to read it. If you do not like it they will not supply a return shipping label and this company is in China! I highly encourage those looking at this product to find something that is made here in the United States and has a better return policy.

The sheets are very comfortable, I can turn easily without the sheet sticking to me. They're soft and feel cool BUT they've shrunk the width of the top sheet. It's awful! When they first did it I reached out and they wanted pics, measurements and my first born. They know the sheets were sized smaller, and on my latest order there is no change. Sadly I won't be buying them again.

They use inferior zips. Mine broke after only using it a few times. They wont send me another one but have promised a refund for the last THREE months. The quality doesnt hold up. Don't buy. Theyre crap.

Buyer Beware: If sheets starts pilling after 90 day warranty period Cosy will not stand behind their sheets even if proof of laundered per instructions. They might offer a percentage off to buy another set but you still have buy "another set", and stuck with an un-usable product set even if you spent a lot in buying their sheets. Also emails from "Lawerence" are not from him but staff. Appears greed overrides loyalty.

Very Disappointed: The top sheet is not wide enough to cover the mattress and does not stay put under the blanket during the night. My standard king size blanket is 6" wider than the sheet. If you stay in one place during the night this won't be a problem, but if your restless like me the sheet will end up bunched up in the middle of the bed.

I bought a king size Luxury Pillow. Last night was the first time I tried to sleep on it. In the middle of the night, I had to get up and take 2 Tylenol due to neck pain and pain beside my left shoulder blade. Thank heavens I saw that I could take some of the innards out of which I took out half of them this morning. Looking forward to testing the new much lower pillow tonight.

I purchased a set of bamboo bedsheets and didn’t really like the feel of the fabric of the overall style of the sheets. It had been an arduous process being able to return and get a refund. They try and talk you into keeping it for a 30% discount and gifting it to others?! When I said that was not acceptable you must wait for them to approve the refund. I’m now trying to get an address to mail the merch back because there is no information with the order. I do a lot of online shopping and this sort of behavior spells second rate operation to me. I won’t buy from them again. Bad merch and bad back room management.

the pillows suck. I have had no improvement with neck pain or anything else that they claim will happen with their pillows it flattens so quickly have massive migraines every morning spent almost 180 on 3 pillows and they are garbage woild not recommend

ordered a mattress protector. it was marked delivered & photos were provided. never got an email confirming delivery but i’d gone outside that day to bring in another package and it wasn’t there. the carrier they use seems shady, lots of people having similar experiences if you search online & we’ve never had a package stolen before. seems like the delivery driver took photos as proof of delivery & then made off with it. automated email responses from customer service & $50 down the drain.

The reviews on their website must be fake. I got double charged for my order a couple of weeks ago and still sending emails to try and get money back for part of an order which was never received. Alongside this the pillow cases I DID receive are such poor quality, I requested to return and my request has been declined even though there website says “hassle free returns”. This has been anything but hassle.

On 25.1.26 I placed an order for a Luxury Bamboo Down Alternative Duvet - all season 13.5 Tog to replace an old goose down/feather duvet - same Tog rating. The new duvet arrived promptly a few days later and I used it the same night it arrived. I found that it did not hold the same level of warmth from my electric blanket that I use to pre-heat my bed which was a concern, but even more of a concern was that I woke up cold around three hours later. Although the same Tog rating this duvet was not a patch on my previous 11 year old one, which I am now using once more. I have wasted £100 on this new duvet which is probably only good for summer use - as a pensioner I cannot afford this. I completed a review for the company but have heard absolutely nothing from them apart from to receive an e-mail today offering £15 off my next purchase - not a chance of happening!

This is the 3rd set I’ve ordered, even though the first 2 weren’t colour I particularly wanted but they seemed to be decent quality. The set that arrived today though feels noticeably cheap with a high viscose consistency and a completely different colour to the picture. The zip had gone on my existing purple set so re-ordered that too from the same collection. The replacement duvet cover was the same material as before so I don’t understand how the new set from the same range is so different. It’s shiny, slippy and horrible. It also stinks and is a silver grey as opposed to the moss green shown in the picture. Having checked, the description does say grey but the picture is totally different and it’s not a stock photo. As others have said the material is thin and pulls easily but I put that down to having cats. Won’t be ordering from them again and having read the reviews here I won’t even bother trying to return the new set. I’ll use it until the cats have killed it then take my money somewhere else. Even at a huge discount it was nearly £100. I’ve bought better quality ones for £20! Don’t believe the reviews on their website either

Made an order and used a discount code, guess they didn’t like the price because it was suddenly cancelled when I went to check on the delivery. Reading the reviews it seems they did me a favour, ordered from elsewhere, you get what you pay for

This is supposed to be a UK company & yet it refuses to deliver to Northern Ireland, in spite of the fact that we are a part of the UK. Adding insult to injury, it is possible to order from this company via Amazon to a Northern Ireland address. What is going on?

Do not purchase! I purchased a luxury bedding set on the 16th December and it has not been delivered. I have attempted to contact them multiple times over email, live chat and phone and have been ignored. Do not use them!

I've tried multiple times to contact them via email and live, what a joke, chat regarding an order and they just don't reply.
