I’ve been a customer since 2018 over the past year or so the wax melts didn’t seem to be upto par of what they used to be, recently new owners have taken over and there has been a massive improvement in the quality, they are constantly asking customers how they can improve the product, for opinions and what we want such as changing the packaging and removing the mica, I did pause my subscription a few times but after the changes were announced I was happy to continue with it, the latest vip box(November) is phenomenal the scents are lovely and lasting again!! Well done to the new owners for listening and making so many improvements in such a short time!!

I have been a Cosy customer & VIP subscriber for 5 years & love their products. Yes the past year has seen a significant decline in production & quality, but then the reason became clear when it was announced that the business had been sold. Over the past couple of months we have witnessed a major improvement under the new owners & the loyal customers are happy again. I truly believe that Cosy Aromas will never go back to how it was, because 'the best' will not be enough under the new ownership - The best will only get better!!

I've been a loyal Cosy customer since 2020 . It's true that quality did fall significantly during 2024. New owners took on a huge challenge and have asked customers for their feedback, which has been constructively brutal at times. But Cosy have listened! November VIP has been a triumph! Highly scented and fabulous scent throws in generous sizes and new packaging! Could smell them in the box when they were delivered! I'm in no doubt that Cosy are making a triumphant comeback and i for one am very excited! What has never changed is the fabulous customer service. That has always been on point! The Cosy team work extremely hard from start to finish and are always there to help with any rare problems that may arise, usually sorting the problem within hours! There is also an amazing Cosy community on Facebook. Strangers become friends for life!
So thank you Cosy for listening to your customers. I am positive that the end of 2024 and 2025 onwards will huge!

Cosy from the very beginning always loved all their products , went downhill for a short time but now have new owners and Jo is amazing she’s listened to us all and given us exactly what we have all asked for , so don’t listen to the trolls try them for yourself .

I've been with Cosy since July 23 and what they are producing nowadays is the best they have ever been. I order 2/3 times every month because as Tina Turner once said they are "Simply The Best" on the market. I am a waxaholic and proud of it and I've tried so many different brands but I've never found one as good as Cosy and stayed loyal for this long. They can do nothing wrong in my eyes. They have the most fantastic team headed up by an industry expert. They produce innovative fragrances that have become an obsession, and I will never go anywhere else for my wax. Once you come over to Cosy you'll never go back...

I have been a customer since February 2019 and vip (monthly subscription since March 2019). Up until about a year ago everything was great. I watched a home set up go to a multi million pound company. The owners changed packaging, wax and the scents which changed the products. No negative feedback was allowed to be posted on their social media and they didn’t listen to their customers. I believe they did this to destroy the business. They sold up in May and the new owners have listened, requested feedback and acted. Each month the products are getting better and better. Gone is the cardboard, hard wax, mica, poor scents. Now we get proper recyclable plastic packaging, easy to remove softer wax, coloured wax, no mica and strong scents. This company is going from strength to strength. Each month I wonder how they will top the previous month and it just gets better and better. Customer service is amazing and feel very valued as a customer. There’s a lovely cosy community to be part of as well (well there is now that certain people have been removed). The staff (all from the previous owner) are great and clearly enjoy producing great products and interacting with the customers. 100% the best products currently out there

Been buying from cosy since 2018 and can say their wax melts are amazing, I get so many compliments from visitors about my house smelling lovely, looking forward to the new Christmas 2024 wax melts aswell as my cosy advent calender

I’ve been a customer of cosy aromas for 3 years and had built up a considerable stash that I’m only just getting towards the end of. They’ve produced some beautifully scented wax melts that leave a room smelling amazing even when the wax is solid. They’ve taken time to listen and respond to their customers whether it’s on their community page or directly to customers. Other products they’ve developed have been well received and they continually review their range to ensure their products are of high quality and that their customers are happy.

I have been a VIP member for a couple of years and a customer since the very start.
I am glad that I have stuck with Cosy during their recent take over as the new owner had listened to us customers and put improvements in place as the quality and scent throw had recently started to be a bit off.
I get a VIP delivery monthly and the latest is absolutely super and back to what I’m used to and expect.
There is a wide range of different types of scents to suit all tastes.
I loved the bubble bath so I’m hoping the new owner reintroduces those and brings out a wider range of scents.
The oils and room sprays are fantastic too.
There are 2 advent calendars to choose from…the Christmas scents are due to be launched soon and they sound absolutely amazing.
Currently melting the autumn themed scents…all so beautiful and I love walking back into my house ….the smell is just gorgeous

I've been buying cosy aromas products for a few years now and I can say they are the best wax melts and oils I've tried. They are highly scented and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.

I have been a customer of Cosy Aromas since 2020 and absolutely love their wax melts. My faves are masculine and fresh scents and I find that the quality and scent of their products is well worth the money I pay for them. I love their deluxe advent calendars, which also give you the opportunity to win some great prizes and I also love the monthly deluxe sub box, which always give me the opportunity to be more adventurous in terms of trying other scent categories. Cosy has recently been taken over by new owners who continue to provide great products and a high level of customer service. Thank you to Team Cosy for making my day-to-day life a better place with your great products. My latest delivery, which arrived yesterday, contained some old favourites and some new scents, all of which provide a great scent throw that makes my home smell amazing.

Going from strength to strength!

I have been a Cosy customer since 2019 and have seen and experienced all the changes, good and bad. I can safely say that the new owners are making, and will make, this company better than ever. The old owners changed the products and they became a little less amazing than they were. The new owner has taken every single comment on board, positive and negative, and acted on them already (that is QUICK is business!!). I'm so excited to try the newer products, as they're clearly better than ever before.

I recently ordered during a Live Shop on FB and it was fab, for a 'Lucky Dip' bargain I got two products worth far more and both new to me! The offers are great, the reward system fantastic and the customer service level is even better. Previously, the service was good, now it's brilliant. The customers are listened to far more than in the past too.

Do try them, you will not be disappointed. The only issue will be... Saving your money once you've bought some as they are additive.

Also, take negative reviews with a pinch of salt because scents are subjective but sometimes people do have alterior motives.

Been purchasing Cosy Aromas wax melts, sprays and fragrance oils for 4 years now. The company has new ownership now and I have received my monthly VIP Deluxe box. You can see the oils in the wax melts and the scent throw is fantastic. Onto my third burn with one segment of wax. The materials Cosy are using in their wax melts are very superior. I will continue to buy from this company. Their Customer service is fabulous.

I have loved and used this company for years. I still have a basket full of these melts but the change and strength of them has dropped dramatically over the last few months.
All I smell now is wax. Apparently the company has changed hands and the new people have struggled to maintain the quality I guess.
I've now found another company who's melts are on point.
I'm sad to leave but £5.99 is a lot to pay for minimal scent. Such a shame.

Honestly my number one go to for wax melts! They are the best, strong, long lasting and great variety of scents. Customer service is great and a very friendly community!! My 2 favourite scents deep sea minerals and timeless are always must haves!

Such an amazing company. The wax melts are fantastic as are their olis & room sprays too. The fragrances make my whole house smell gorgeous & the scent lasts for ages.Customer service is amazing, super fast acknowledgement & very friendly. The company was taken over by new owners only a few months ago & the new owners have been actively listening to their customers, asking our opinions & rectifying any issues brought to light ie packaging , scent throw, appearance of wax etc. I wouldn't buy home fragrances from any other as in my opinion this is the best .

I've been with Cosy a few years now and I'm puzzled by some negative reviews here. Personally I cannot fault them.

I'm a VIP customer and I'm extremely happy with the products I receive. Yes some wax melts may not seem as strong as others to me but then somebody else may feel the opposite. When dealing with fragrances it's a very personal reaction to them. I would never criticise though as everybody is different.

The variety of fragrances are amazing, something for everyone. The company has recently changed owners and I have to say that Joanne has been amazing. Taking on feedback and acting on it. She has already implemented changes for the better, I cannot fault her customer service or enthusiasm for Cosy and I honestly believe that Cosy customers are definitely benefiting.

Anytime I have contacted customer service I have had a very quick response and have encountered no problems. I am really surprised at the criticism here for this dept. However, everyone is entitled to their opinion but I find a lot of comments quite petty. No, I am not associated with them in anyway except as a customer.

I would encourage anybody looking to purchase from Cosy to do so and make their own mind up, you can only say they're not for you and look elsewhere. They also have a fabulous points rewards system. I find that particularly helpful. They also always seem to have special offers on.

Do give them a try. As I say they have just changed hands and are really trying their best with all the feedback they're getting and keeping their customers informed of what's changing and why. All changes up till now have been requested by customers with extremely positive feedback.

Do not get put off by some reviews, some people are just naturally negative. You might miss out on a rewarding, enjoyable positive experience.

I have been a customer of Cosy Aromas since 2019. Always, always great wax melts. Fabulous customer service. The VIP subscription service is amazing. Three choices of subscriptions. You can choose the one which suits your pocket. Cosy have had a bit of a rough patch but that is now being resolved by the new owners. They are doing an amazing job. The wax melts are the best and I would recommend that anyone who loves scented wax products give Cosy Aromas a whirl. I really hope you do. You will not be disappointed.

I would definitely recommend cozy aromas for anyone looking for wax melts .
Cosy aromas also sell room sprays and carpet fresheners, et cetera, which I expect I will be purchasing soon.
