The Best Company
Cisy are a great company friendly and their products are first class. They have a wide range of scents that are made into the best waxes around. I've never had a complaint about my orders or the product. I highly recommend Cisy Aromas for great products and fantastic service.

This WAS a great brand
This was a great brand, over the year the quality has gone downhill, the scent throw is very poor. I paid for a subscription for years as they were so good, this has now been cancelled and found a new supplier who are fab!

Wax melt heaven!
New clam packaging which is spot on in my opinion.
Plum Rose and Patchouli wax melts are just amazing.
Communication ,packaging and delivery all faultless.
Lost Cherry room spray was the icing on the cake with a cherry on top!

Long term member experience
Feel compelled to leave this review to show some appreciation for Cosy and their products.
My wife and I have been using Cosy for many years now and have amassed a very large collection of melts in that time.
I like that there's such a variety on offer as whilst there will be smells we both like, my wife and I have different tastes and Cosy are able to cater to the both of us very well.
Top marks as well to the staff. They've always been friendly when we've communicated via FB and the Cosy group, as well as when we've been fortunate to go to Cosy HQ in person (we live local to them).
It's nice to have a company that listens to it's fanbase and we always look forward to the new smells on offer and expanding our collection.
We'd always recommend Cosy to friends and family.
(Date of experience has only been put as 8th November as this was our most recent purchase date.)

I’ve been a loyal customer for a fair…
I’ve been a loyal customer for a fair while now and I live cosy wax melts, the best I’ve ever used, always strong in smell and last for days.
All there products have been sauced using the best ingredients to creat the perfect scents in any products they use. They are long lasting and I get so many complaints when people come round and disgusting the smell of animals and burnt food (I don’t often burn food lol)

The best on the market
I have been purchasing from Cosy Aromas since late 2019. I have to say they are, in my opinion, the best wax melts on the market. Wax melts, oils, room sprays and carpet fresheners are superb, strong and long lasting. Never had a need to look for another supplier 😊
Their customer service is second to none.
