Lyndsey Chance on the registration team…FABULOUS

Lyndsey Chance on the registration team was extremely helpful, she listened to what I said whilst I was mildly panicking about getting stuck uploading information to the Government Website. Lyndsey really took all the pressure off me as she informed me she was able to do this on my behalf and I am really grateful, it took a lot of pressure off. Lyndsey talked me through the process of adding the information I had to and then did the bits she could instead of me. Thanks ever so much. I am very grateful.

Excellent service from the initial…

Excellent service from the initial first contact to assistance with registering. Each stage to date has been explained fully and any queries have been responded to quickly. Can highly recommend. There are numerous companies out there targeting businesses to assist with their rates review but am very pleased we have chosen Corporate Commercial Surveyors.

Relax! CCS make it easy.

I cannot fault the process of surveys and registration thus far, CCS have been very patient with me! I look forward to the next stage with CCS. They have shone where others previously took a deposit and then did nothing.

Brilliant pleasing reduction.

I had one person throughout dealing with my business rates appeal which was really good to help with continuity. The final result was slightly more than a 50% reduction in the rate able value which was excellent.
