Repeated unsolicited spam. We're a registered charity, don't have rateable premises, and sick to death of these shysters.

Repeated emails lying about business rates.

Relentless spammers, fishing to scam.

I had to search this company after constantly receiving spam emails from Bryan Rose. The stats/figures provided are obviously not accurate, seems like they are sending the same default message to all the businesses. Needless to say I have blocked the email and I urge everyone else to do the same!

Another attempted Spam attack, having read the reviews here I will just block their Emails rather than attempt to unsubscribe

Amusing they are offering me a Rating saving, with 7 year experience. Im a Fellow of the RICS with 43 years experience and I work from my home office - it's 14.4 sq. m. They are suggesting I can save £29,000 on my 303 sq. m office. Not very good surveyors. Avoid at all costs - if you want Rating advice go through a n RICS Rating surveyor (of which I am not) - they are specialist in the filed (I am not)!

Their rudely written email which points the finger at me for being ridiculous or stupid is the first point.

The second point is they obviously do ZERO research on the businesses that they're attempting to contact. My business doesn't even display an address and this 'Bryan Rose' tells me that he's often in my area (over a 3 hour drive from their 'office' in Bristol).

This is just another spam company with no proper services offered. They have a lack of awareness on their emails, with no option to unsubscribe.

Do not hand these people any of your cash.

Spammers. Claiming they can save us a fortune on business rates and are aware of a property similar to ours near by, if we would consider moving.

The "business" they have mailed is a community group working with the council to maintain a field. They have not even done the most basic of research. There was a nice table of savings etc as if they had done a bit of work. If you are a business, do not fall for this, it is all a lie.

I’m getting unsolicited spam emails from this company even though I’ve had no dealings with them. As I’m a sole trader I’ve reported them to the ICO.

Complete spam merchants, delete and do not respond

I’ve spoken to the guys in the office twice - have specifically requested they stop emailing me.
There’s no way to unsubscribe from their emails.
I probably wouldn’t care so much if the wording of the email didn’t imply I was stupid because I’m over paying on business rates. We don’t pay business rates. Nor do the businesses around us that you keep claiming you’ve been to visit.
If you’re going to lie to generate sales then at least make sure your lies are tight. The fact you think I’m daft enough to not see your BS is an insult.

Spammers that outright lie about their claims in the email. Don't even have a business address and yet they pretend they can improve the rates? Outright lies and would definitely recommend no one trust them.

Persistent spammer, making fraudulent claims about having identified excessive rates charges for non-existent business premises

As the others say, another SPAMMER, sending SPAM emails out to everyone, avoid !!

Keeps on spamming me about business rates even after I've unsubscribed at least twice and email them.

Serial Email mass spammers at it with their spam emails again.. GDPR case waiting to happen?
