I didn’t even receive the product after 3 months passed, although gave them infos for South Korean customs.

Crappy customer service support!

I sent them the email fews sec after I made the order because I noticed that my shipping address is wrong.

However, there is no feedback from them until they have shipped my order and simply reply me that my order had unfortunately been shipped already.

Now I have no clue how to get my order back and money wasted with this crappy customer service.

Very frustrating. Shipping me the wrong item and then declining my return application. "have to send a proof for the wrong item" although they plead for a legal 14-day return policy.
DO NOT BUY AT THIS STORE. EITHER WAY IT IS JUST NOT RIGHT - ECONOMICALLY AND LEGAL. THIS IS CHEMICAL CHINA GARBAGE!!!

Order was delivered in about 3 weeks. When received, order was too small do an exchange was requested, I had to pay my own return shipment and was never reimbursed as the company promised. I also had tracking on my return and even though it took 4 business days to return to the company, the company took about a week and a half to return my email for the exchanged sizes. After that I received no email or any details regarding my order. I have yet to receive 2/3 of my items or any emails from the company despite multiple emails I have sent to reach out. Such a disappointment of customer service especially since the items are not cheap. As reference, they received my items to exchange on June 17 and I have not heard from them since.

Tutto perfetto! Ho fatto più ordini presso questo sito e mi sono trovato sempre benissimo. La merce è di qualità e soprattutto molto originale rispetto agli altri siti di moda. Il tempo di spedizione è un pochino lungo ma assolutamente comprensibile dato l'ammontare di lavoro ed il fatto che non stiamo parlando di una multinazionale come zalando. SODDISFATTO.

Producten zijn gewoon goed, zoals op de foto, en passen mij goed. Echter duurde het wel erg lang voordat mijn eerste bestelling binnenkwam, voor zo’n hoog bedrag. Mijn tweede bestelling was wel sneller binnen.

Very long order delivery and cannot be exchanged or returned!
The shoe size turned out to be small and I requested an exchange. Although the shoes are of good quality. I sent a parcel at my own expense, but they did not receive it and parcel returned back. I just lost money and time (( I get angry and do not recommend! NEVER BUY HERE! LOSE MONEY! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!…

Had to file for a refund because the manufacturer wasn’t able to make the stuff or something like that? I forgot the issue but it took too long to get here/even get made

I ordered on April and received my order at the end on May and just a heads up I payed for express delivery.

and when I got my package the size was too small and I needed to make a return and exchange but no one was answering my emails!

Horrible. I paid eztra for fast shipping and it arrived in 2 months. No joke.

The delivery took a long time which is fine But the overall quality of the trousers i bought was plain poor. buttons detached after 3 days of use, one belt loop also just snapped after a week and just pieces of thread sticking out all over the pants. Wouldn’t recommend buying again.

They sent me an email saying what I order i out of stock and it is so late like where is the order

The Products have a nice quality and a really good fit. But the price is not justified. The shipping takes forever (at least to europe). I think I waited 5 weeks for my hoodie to arrive, and paid almost 160€ for just a hoodie including the shipping.

All after all i don’t regretted the purchase. The quality and fits separates them from other brands, but i wouldn’t buy there again because of the prices.

I ordered a haul of over $400. Everything fits very short so I had to return all the pants. First problem was that it said 7-14 days shipping but took 45 days. Terrible. Then when I shipped back to the warehouse address they gave I didnt receive confirmation that they received the goods until 7 days after it arrived. Upon further terrible customer service they said I would receive my refund within 5-7 business days. Its now been 21 business days and still no refund along with a cease of responses from customer support. Fraud business. DO NOT ORDER from Copping Zone. I am talking with a lawyer now to make sure they are hit with repercussions and I get all my money back. I know this is happening to many people. Beware.

UNACCEPTABLE, I order for 200$ make a refund and I never get my money back !!!
Customer service are just here for make you feel safe they will answer without helping you.
Next step is the Justice

I waited 10 days without receving any tracking number, i reached out to them, they responded less than a day later both times and gave me my refund immediatly after i asked for it.

Where is my orderconfirmation??? Im waiting and i dont know whats happening
