Late package and Poor costumer service
My package didn’t arrive on time at all it arrived like 3 weeks later. I can’t even reach the costumer service for a refund or at least an exchange, since I can’t even wear the pair of pants right now.I’ve tried to contact them on multiple occasions on multiple platforms and still no response a week later, they have cool designs but can’t trust them :((
PS : New update they reached out to me a few weeks later to ship back my package, but I had to pay for the shipment and they didn’t fully reimburse me, I tried to reach out to them to ask why they only reimbursed me a part of what I payed for and I still haven’t gotten a respond and it’s been a month….

Ordered package didn’t arrive coming to a month later. No updated shipping. Then said package was lost (after a month) and refund would come back within 5-7 days. Didn’t.

Sorry to hear that! I see that the reason we couldn't refund your money is that you opened a dispute via your bank, so that's why your money got delayed. You should have received the money by now, if not please contact your bank.

J'ai commandé sur le site y a le plus d'1 semaine et la commande n'a jamais été expédiée vu qu'il me demande la photo de ma carte d'identité et bancaire pour envoyer le colis. je leur ai donc envoyé un mail pour annuler la commande mais il ne me réponde pas...
j'accepte de modifier mon avis si le problème se résout, pour le moment je pense que c'est une arnaque.

Sorry to hear that! Our payment provider flagged your order as potential fraud(credit card fraud). If we don't provide proof that you are the owner of the card you used, we'll have to cancel your order. Keep in mind that we never ask for the full credit card number.
Only one of my trousers arrived and they have gone silent about refunding the other trousers they didn’t send out
I received my order but only one trousers was in the parcel. I ordered two trousers and when I asked about getting the other one sent out to me they went silent. Not one reply and I’ve emailed them 8 times. I don’t think I will be refunded at this point. Won’t be buying nothing from them again unfortunately

May find better luck with simple pieces
Shipping took time but that was expected. I contacted customer support for help with the tracking part, and I was very appreciative they got back to me even if it took a couple of days. Although I think the jeans I got were cute and as pictured when I received them, one of the eyelet details on the pants fell out leaving a raw hole in the jeans after the first day of wearing them :( It may have been my fault since I did a lot of walking but I'm just a little disappointed in how quickly it tore. I'd think that you may find better luck with other, simpler items.

The fact that I had to send a email 2 weeks later because you guys failed to give me a tracking number is ridiculous.
I paid extra for fast shipping for a reason and still waited 3 weeks 😂
The only reason it’s not one star is because I got the pants and they look like the website.
