I have made an order 5 month ago( about 300 euros) and l never received it, l have send 6-7 email to check and this store reply to 3-4 to tell me to wait. I believe there is an issue to my package and ask for refund because it is wasting too much of my energy anyway after I ask for the refund they no longer reply to any of my email. Please do something if you see this message.

The shopping experience has been Terrible
The shopping experience has been terrible with prolonged delays and failure to provide all the ordered items. I won't be shopping here again.
The disregard for customer experience is evident, as despite my request for a refund, items were still shipped instead. This inconsistency is highly disappointing.

Er is iets mis gegaan bij de verzending. Eind november een bestelling gedaan. Wegens fout van DHL is het pakket geretourneerd. Afgesproken dat Coppingzone het pakket opnieuw versturen als ze het weer binnen hebben. Inmiddels is het midden februari. Ik heb nog steeds mijn bestelling niet. De klantenservice negeert mijn berichten en het bedrijf doet niks om mij te compenseren. Fouten kunnen gebeuren, maar laat de klant er niet de dupe van zijn

never received my order and my emails for a refund keep getting ignored. horrible customer service.
I placed an order for their star leather down jacket over a month ago (beginning of december) and i was supposed to receive 5-8 day shipping (to france). they told me it was delayed so i figured id receive it once i returned from a vacation i was taking. i checked my order tracker and it said it was delivered. once i returned i asked my building's desk to be told nothing was there for me. i reached out to the brand on instagram immediately, to which they said theyd look into it. they never got back to me, so i tried their email. they assured me they'd reach out to the manufacturer and get me a response, and surprise, they never did. i waited a week before reaching out again to give them time. at this point, it had been 2 weeks of contact with 0 answers so i emailed them detailing my situation and asking for a refund. no reply. i sent them another email 2 days later saying basically the same thing (i never got my order and wanted a refund) and again, zero reply. so today i dmed them on instagram again explaining the situation and they left me on seen. incredibly unprofessional, so i sent them another message explaining how ridiculous this situation is and have yet to hear back. but at this rate, i will never consider purchasing from this company again, and based on other reviews with similar situations, i dont suggest you do either.

I order 3 pieces
I order 3 pieces, 2 of them came in a pretty decent time (to Germany) but the pants doesnt fit at all (im super slim 74kg at 190),yes it was to thight and too short. The third piece which I really was looking for never came and even after asking for the money back ive never received an answer what so ever. The 2nd piece was just a belt so theres really nothing you can mess up there, wouldnt buy something from them/again.

How do stores like this stay in business?
I placed my order in 11/24/23. I paid for express shipping (5-8 days). After several emails, 9 days, and a DM, my purchase has not shipped.
My sentiments are similar to others who waited long times to receive their purchases with no responses from customer service. I'm disappointed and will not do business with them ever again. Do not buy from this merchant. The worst customer service experience.

Sent return item and didnt recieve a refund.. ignored by customer service
I previously placed and order with no issue. This time, I placed an order and was sent pants that we comically small and didn't align with the size chart. I sent them back and they offered me an exchange instead of a refund. Because I already had to pay the return fee, I agreed to the exchange. They told me great, we will reach out when it ships. It's been three weeks with no reply to any of my emails and no refund. At this point they have simply stolen my money.

Great clothes
Super original clothes pleasant to wear, especially their pants which are of very good qualities. Small downsides on the size of the sweaters which is sometimes not well indicated and on the delivery time which can sometimes be very long (1 to 3 months)

Worst online store
They say size small but it’s not even smaller it’s 3 size down. Then you have tor pay for a return that is the cost of the clothes in a short delay. Won’t reorder, not even sure this is a legit business.

1 Monat Lieferzeit und schlechte Passform
Am 18. September bestellt und am 12. Oktober bekommen. Ich habe eine Jeans in Größe XXL bestellt und sie passt mir nicht annähernd! Bin 188 cm groß und bei der Hose fehlen locker 15cm damit sie mir passen würde. Hose stinkt nach billigstem Plastik.
