I was a great worker for this company
I was a great worker for this company, my rating’s would back that up.
On a few occasions I was unwell and my account got suspended, after giving proof they immediately activated my account.
Moving on to the last occasion, even after showing evidence of myself being at the hospital, coople decided to suspend my account again and when I questioned them about it, they said sorry but you have been unwell on four different occasions ( for which I provided evidence) and therefore we will not be activating your account.
My ratings ratio to jobs completed are probably the most impressive in the company, my resume is excellent (according to employer’s i completed shifts with).
I have all the emails sent back and forth between myself and coople, it’s disgusting the way my account has been suspended especially after me being in hospital.
I am lucky to be alive after being fatally stabbed 5 times, even the doctors thought I was not going to make it through.
So thanks for nothing coople.
Customer service doesn’t exist, you keep have to repeat yourself in email conversations, mirella, Jessie, yasir, nevena all of whom I had conversations about having my account reactivated but they all said that they would not be activating my account, all four of them need to be trained on a weekly basis on how to treat work colleagues.
I have recommended many people to join coople in the past but since my p45 my friends have also left coople therefore I will never be recommending coople to anyone.
Anyone looking for a better company to work for I will be leaving a list of recommendations at the end.

Coople hat eine große Auswahl an Jobs. Mir gefällt besonders, dass ich selber bestimmen kann, wann, wo und wie lange ich arbeiten möchte.
Die App ist übersichtlich, einfach in der Handhabung und alles was ich über den oder die Jobs wissen muss, wird kurz und verständlich beschrieben. Ebenso in welchem km-Umkreis ich arbeiten möchte und ich kann angeben, ab wieviel ich minimum CHF/h arbeiten würde. Dementsprechend werden mir dann nur Jobs ab, z.B.30CHF/h gesendet und keine Jobs, die unter diesem Betrag liegen. Man wird immer informiert über neue Jobs, die ich annehmen kann oder nicht. Auch z.B.darüber, in welcher Branche es längerfristige Einsätze gibt.
Es wird immer pünktlich ein Mal im Monat Lohn gezahlt, was auch immer über die App mitgeteilt wird und es gibt eine Monats-Lohnabrechnung mit allen Einsätzen, die man hatte, inkl.Sonn- und Feiertagszuschlag.
Coopler können an Wettbewerben/ Verlosungen teilnehmen und dabei die Möglichkeit bekommen einen Geldbetrag zu gewinnen.
Wenn ich Hilfe benötige oder Fragen habe, kann ich ebenfalls in der App schnelle Hilfe erhalten oder Antworten finden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Coople 👍👍
