A Nightmare Experience with Coople

As a seasoned hospitality worker, I was eager to explore the opportunities Coople had to offer. Unfortunately, my experience with their platform has been nothing short of a nightmare.

First and foremost, the technical glitches are beyond frustrating. It seems like every time I try to use the platform, I encounter one issue after another. From error messages to pages failing to load, it's a constant battle just to navigate the site.

And don't even get me started on their online chat support. It's like talking to a brick wall. The staff seems utterly clueless and unhelpful. They offer vague, responses or transfer you to another person that do nothing to address the actual problems I'm facing. It's clear they lack the expertise and training needed to assist users effectively.

Based on my experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend using Coople's platform. It's a time-wasting, frustrating ordeal that no hospitality worker should have to endure. Save yourself the headache and look for alternatives. This platform simply isn't worth the trouble.

It sounds like you were using our desktop platform instead of the Coople Jobs App for flexible workers, is that correct? While we aim to also provide a seamless desktop experience, our app experience is the main channel for our flexible workforce.

Great if you want part time work...

Great if you want part time work and need to decide your own hours, ofcourse at some months it's not as much on offer as others but it truly tries to offer you options all the time and find you matches while also leaving you in charge. It's good pay and some places have longer times of employment on offer. I can only recommend it to everyone and hope more companies and people will start using this.

Eigentlich eine Tolle App

Eigentlich eine Tolle App. Konnte wegen eines Todesfalls in der Familie einen Auftrag nicht wahrnehmen und wurde von Coople deswegen auf Lebenszeit gesperrt. Sehr fragwürdig sowas.

Danke für deine Bewertung. Als erstes möchten wir dir unser herzliches Beileid aussprechen. Natürlich ist ein Todesfall in der Familie eine berechtigte Begründung, um einen Einsatz für den du angestellt wurdest nicht wahrzunehmen. Unsere Plattform funktioniert vollautomatisiert, weswegen Mitarbeitende, die ohne Ankündigung nicht beim Job erscheinen automatisch blockiert werden. So können wir sicherstellen, dass unsere Coopler verlässlich sind und auch wirklich zur Arbeit erscheinen, wenn sie angestellt wurden.

Nun gibt es aber eben, wie in deinem Fall, Gründe, die ein Nichterscheinen entschuldigen. In diesem Fall kannst du in der Coople Jobs App Widerspruch gegen deine Profilsperrung einreichen und Belege hochladen, die deine Absenz begründen. Bitte wende dich an info.ch@coople.com, damit wir deinen Fall prüfen und dein Profil wieder freigeben können.

This is the worst agency app you could…

This is the worst agency app you could ever find, don't even bother. They steal your hard earned money and they don't reply back to messages you send them. You're better off going to their offices around Central London than trying to contact these lot. I'm probably going to take them to court to sue them + extra for the inconvenience they've caused. Of course there's going to be an automatic reply to this review talking rubbish don't even mind them. AVOID COOPLE AND TAKE THEM TO COURT. They don't even treat their workers correctly and they are just a poor agency in general, no words could even describe them. Beyond poor.
