Lots of expensive admin fees! I tried to add a temporary named driver but the fees made it unfeesable. I switched vehicles and they bumped up the Premium way more then they competitors. Thats not prob... Se mer

Very competitive & easy to complete.

Professional attitude .

Customer service

Spoke to a very helpful customer advisor who provided excellent advice and was very reassuring .
He listened to my concerns and reassured me that the cover I took out was appropriate for my needs.

Online Travel Policy

Purchased a travel insurance policy online, very straightforward. Very competitive price to cover a number of pre existing conditions for an older person.
Then made some slight changes over the phone, answered the phone promptly and agent very helpful.
So far very pleased but yet to make a claim!!!

Great deal for a single trip .

Great deal for a single trip for a young 69 years of age , looking forward to my holiday in August with my Co-Op travel insurance ,only £19 who can ask for a better deal.

Straightforward to access and search for quotations. After reviewing and comparing quotes CoOp was by far the cheapest and provided the cover I needed.

Revised contents cover for my 96 year old mother who needed premium reduced. Very helpful person (Niki I think) who answered and help us achieve that.
