The cookies were pretty good
The cookies were pretty good, I prefer soft chewy cookies, but the selection was awesome. It is a little expensive especially with shipping. But overall it was nice!

Better Rethink for Next Time.
I have gotten a few Cookie Bouquets in the past. All of them have been excellent. But this last one was terrible. I ordered a 7 cookie bouquet for a friends birthday. I saw in the image that I picked that there were 7 cookies and that’s why I picked one. The box it came in was too big. It had more empty slots than cookies. It was embarrassing to give. I had to open it up and put in my own tissue paper to fill the gaps. It was not as pictured. Was there no other container or box these could have gone in that it didn’t look so bare? It’s a shame too cause this is my go to quick gift idea for people. Might have to rethink before I buy next time since the money I spent this time was definitely not worth it.

Perishable Cookie bouquet left on porch
They left cookie bouquet, which is highly perishable in FL weather, on the recipient's porch. They were out of town so they didn't get it. The delivery confirmation said "no signature was requested". That was not an option at purchase that I saw. Why didn't they call / text the person to advise delivery and get alternate instructions like take to neighbor. It's food after all. I was very disappointed with this level of service and carelessness.

Thank you for the feedback and review. Our products are mostly sent blind meaning the person receiving them does not know they are coming because they are a gift. Because of this we package them in such a way to keep them fresh on a porch even in the hot summers of Arizona. We also don't have the option for a signature because a lot of the time people are not home when the gift is delivered and we don't want to miss a birthday or surprise if they were just not that at time of delivery. We also don't call for the same reason we don't want to ruin the surprise of the gift. Again thank you for the feedback and review.
