Ordered tracksuit took over a month to come, when I returned it they never refunded me so I am currently without money or product …..

Ordered a hoodie for my son paid £5.99 for next day delivery item has not arrived and they are not replying to emails

Terrible! My son is waiting for a refund, I email every day with proof of postage which is tracked and signed for and no response!

Ordered a tracksuit (joggers and hoodie) and I got sent 2 hoodies both different sizes. emailed over a week ago and still no reply…

So many reviews saying this is a scam but I got my order in 2 days! 10/10 tracksuit, fit is perfect and looks so good. Would recommend

Wow, absolutely awful. Do not buy!
I ordered for my sons Christmas present as requested. The bottoms were to big, i eventually returned them after managing to find some sort of return label online, 5 emails in asking to return with no response to any of them. This was sent back recorded delivery on 01st Dec. Still no refund or any communication. I meanwhile ordered the correct size (wish i didn't, but my son wanted the bottoms to match the top). I ordered it on 01st Dec, it still hasn't arrived. Again emails later and no response. I've also has several emails bounce back. I've had to put both as disputes with my bank. Terrible!

Bought 2 tracksuits and tops 2 weeks ago and heard nothing since. No response to any emails, no updates, just took my money only to let me sons down for Christmas. Truly dispointed, bank contacted. Do not buy!

I ordered a tracksuit and shorts for my son for Christmas on 28th November and still have not received the order. I have sent two emails and contacted them via Instagram and still have had no response. I am currently out of pocket £110.

Absolutely appalling service on the 6th of December 2025 . I specifically paid for next day delivery and my order still hasn’t arrived. What’s the point of offering and charging extra for next day delivery if you have no intention of actually delivering the product.There’s no communication despite 4 emails chasing . Had to contact the bank to raise a dispute .This is completely unacceptable and evil hearted to whoever is behind scamming innocent hardworking people . I would strongly advise others not to rely on this seller /company if you don’t want to be disappointed!

DO NOT order from this company! They will take your money and you will not get your order. Paid for next day shipping on 4th December, still no delivery and they do not reply to emails, which is the only way of getting in contact with them! Based on other reviews in here im not the one that has been scammed Just reported them to my bank, this was supposed to be my sons Xmas present which makes it even worse . Can't even give my son a present for Xmas because of this terrible company!

Update:company accepted liability after my bank had refunded my money due to me disputing it not being delivered.

Ordered item recieved on the 28th Nov sent back same day as didn’t suit my son.
Sent back recorded and signed for was recieved with proof off delivery on the 1st December still waiting a refund despite several emails through insta/and direct… So my son is now down £125 I really wish he has read the reviews… Makes me so cross that they don’t reply and would happily keep an 18 year olds money and the items.
How is this a legitimate business.

Placed an order for next day delivery haven’t received anything contacted them nothing back absolute joke of a company

Ordered a tracksuit that was too small so we returned it for a refund.. we were going to re order in a bigger size but we didn’t receive the refund . I have sent numerous emails and they don’t respond. Don’t waste your time and money with this company. I have had to contact the bank to report it.

Ordered from this company didn’t receive my order contacted me back quickly and sent a replacement the next day. They told me they changed emails and that is why they don’t see peoples emails but they have now updated it on there website

ordered from this booky company 2 months ago and still haven't received my product i bought, I've tried contacting them every way they are unresponsive and they will ignore , do not buy from this company

I ordered a jumper that came and was great, but it was too small. So paid recorded delivery to send it back and asked for a replacement. I have had no replacement and spend £55. They are ignoring my emails, my messages to their Instagram page! I will be filing a request via my bank to get the money back, very disappointed with the lack of response from them!

Ordered from company for next day delivery and they have not sent anything. I have reached out to them via email and they are unresponsive. Wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything from this company. Shouldn’t be operational if they can not send customers orders on time.

No sign of my order it’s been a month I was told within 10 days. This company is a scam if anybody is reading this review don’t buy as product will not come. Haven’t gotten any reply on insta or email this company is robbing from customers
