Love love love this site. Ive ordered twice now, always arrives with in a week, everything was perfect sizes great i just love it. Cheaper than any site ive ever used and top quality clothing 👌

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I tracked my orders and was looking forward to the delivery, I'm still waiting. Sent 4 emails with no response at all. Im pleased I paid via PayPal, I have opened a case with them and they have refunded my money. If you have money to spare, then take a risk. I on the other hand would advise to stay well clear, they are scammers

ASOS Sample Sale has been a big disappointment.
Customer service appears to be taking advantage of customers. I returned items in December, the company lost the return, and I am still (February) unable to receive my refund. This situation is unacceptable.

Scammers and liars. Got my money back through my bank. Buyer beware!!!

I have now received a refund notification from my bank, which was speedy so thank you.
I have purchased here in the past always received my purchase in a timely manner. Use the main site all year round. But for several months I have started shopping elsewhere as main site has removed my use of pay pal.Have been looking at other places to shop and I am happy with quality of items received and delivery time frame elsewhere. ASOS is my go to for myself and at times my husband. Always looking for a discount and asos enables me to shop at a price I can afford. But if the service falters it only serves to push my funds elsewhere. This recent issue, not really bothered as I don’t shop for the here and now. When I make a purchase I may not wear that item for a year, as don’t like to look like everyone else. But nonetheless it shouldn’t have happened.

Received some notifications about shopping for winter warmers, thought I would take a look. Found an item early hours of this morning after scrolling endless items. Put in my basket and thought I’ll leave it until I wake up. Checked it was still in stock before I cashed out it was. I made the payment received order confirmation and right behind that I received order refunded you will receive a refund 5 to 10 days. Really is that taking the P

Hi, i have ordered a few items from Uk Asos Flash Sale,is this a scam or legit site?

I have been informed by email my items have been shipped

Placed an order in December, arrived in January and was sent a completely incorrect item, as well as a faulty item. Placed an order again in January for the same item and again was sent the same incorrect item. Emailed both times to let them know that there was obviously some kind of error and they were not interested in investigating or finding out if they even have the item they are supposed to, and have had to chase for refunds for the items and postage, and have now been charged a £3.95 return fee for returning the incorrect item they sent me, and blocked from emailing them. Absolutely shocked by how bad this company is and I will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered 10th October and still haven't received item over 2 months later. They emailed me saying they are waiting to get it from the factory. said they will refund me but want to deduct 10% due to handling fee. still waiting for this refund to be processed as well.

Ordered a pair of trainers over a month ago. Heard nothing since. Tried chasing my order and I'm not getting any response. Impossible to get a refund as they don't seem to have an option regarding them just not sending the order full stop. Basically helping themselves to my money and it appears they do this a lot.

Refusing to refund me despite evidence of all items been returned via postal tracking system.

Customer service is appalling!
I have returned 2 orders, neither have been refunded.
I have provided all documentation and evidence needed 3 times, they keep sending me the same copy and response asking for more information - sort it out!

Awful customer service.
Have tried several times tget in touch to resolve the issue with my order. Nobody actually has come back to me at all. Instead of a top that I've ordered, I've been sent pants. Stuck with them now as it is something that id never wear in my life. Waste of money.

ASOS is a brilliant company to order from, in my experience. I am sad to see that ASOS has a poor rating, compared to most other online fashion retailers, I have had a really positive experience with them over the years. Prompt delivery, brilliant returns system, great range, I have had zero problems with them. I can try things on and send them back if I need with no hassle. Thank you guys for keeping me in style and for being better than most online department stores!

Great stuff but refund process is a scam. My recommendation is keep records of the return form you complete for reference, video/pictures of your return and more importantly email track of your follow up correspondence with customer service to help you with evidence for dispute if necessary. While the sale is good and return maybe a small amount, remember you are paying for shipping and return cost - eventually, it all adds up.

I’ve returned a £30 dress to Asos Sample Sales. I know it doesn’t sound a lot but it’s one of the highest price points on this sight and at the moment it actually is a lot to me.
The tracker and the supplier email shows the parcel as having been received at the hub on the 15th September. Since then I’ve heard nothing.
I can’t get a response to any emails as they bounce back saying the mailbox is full and the regular ASOS site customer services number say they have nothing to do with this site.
What worries me more is that I now have a Rains coat to return too, same price.
That means i appear to have been scammed out of £60.00 so, BUYERS BEWARE!

Recommended by a friend who recently got her 3rd order, I got items for as little as £1-5.00 in my correct size. Items arrived within 1 business day, exactly as described. It was packaged as though direct from ASOS. Order confirmation and delivery notifications promptly received.

Ordered a pair of boots - order went through but then got a second email saying my order was being refunded - no explanation as to why - presumably the stock was no longer available - but my refund won't be in my account for 5-10 days. So basically they're allowing rogue sales to go through then keeping my money in their account for almost a week. Big con!

I placed a order in June 2025 and still waiting for my goods .They was quick enough to take the money out of my account . Tried and failed contacting several time .

So i came across this website and couldn't believe the prices so I ordered some bits that really probably should have been 150 to 200 pounds for about 40 pounds, after I ordered i searched for reviews and was gutted at what I read and wasn't sure if it was a scam ,if my stuff would even come etc, we'll I'm pleasantly surprised because everything arrived just a few days later, everything on the order was correct the sizes were fine was an absolute bargain and I'm really happy with it all so I worried for nothing 😊 I would not have ordered from here if I'd seen the reviews 1st so I'm glad I didn't but I thought I'd take the time to leave a review as there are so many bad ones as my experience was no problems,
