Complete Home Surveys Ltd Omdömen

If you are looking for a competitively priced, thorough survey, I would look no further than this company!

This team is excellent and their customer service is some of the best I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

The survey revealed some surprising findings after which I contacted the company for some clarification. I spoke initially to Emma, who was incredibly polite on the phone and very eager to help put my mind at rest. She put me in contact with the surveyor (Sean) who was very upfront and honest about the situation and ultimately offered some great advice. Thanks to both of you :)

I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again in the future!

Level 3 survey done, with surveyor calling back on request to explain findings.

This is my first time buying a property and the service and time taken to explain the survey options and procedure were really helpful. It was a quick turn around and the report provided was thorough and easy to understand!

Liam completed a survey on the property we were looking to purchased. We were very pleased with the report provided, it was very thorough compare to other companies we have used. We spoke to Liam several times who was very helpful & spent time explaining the report & its impact on our purchase. We would definitely use Complete Home Surveys again for future purchases.

I have used Complete Home Surveys a couple of times and would highly recommend. Surveys were arranged quickly and reports were very clear. Admin staff very helpful and professional.

Recently ordered a level 3 house survey on my very first house purchase, the survey was so thorough and clear! Emma was also so helpful and friendly on the phone, and got the survey booked in quickly with no issues!

The survey pointed out existing issues with the house, areas where they noticed there had been previous repairs (not disclosed to me by the seller) and areas that could lead to very expensive repairs in future. Thankful I got the survey before going through with that purchase!

Thanks so much, will be ordering another survey for when I find my dream home no doubt!

All went very smoothly. Everything arrived in good time.

couldn't recommend enough! survey was completed within a week of booking and received report on the same day.

The report given was concise, understandable and straight to the point. The work also revealed the secret of what I needed. The staff Emma is always there to and willing to help. I recommend them to anyone. They are simply the best.

Liam Atkinson provided us with a great report, the survey was conduct in a timely manner and the survey highlighted significant issues on the property that needed attention in a manner that was easily readable for us.

Fast, professional service, with an in depth report.

They were super quick to get a date! The report was very detailed and easy to read. I had a few concerns after reading the report so scheduled a call with the surveyor who put my mind at ease and ran through all my concerns with me! Emma was lovely throughout the whole process and the whole team offered help and support the whole way through! Thank you very much! We would definitely use you guys again for future purchases!

We instructed Complete Home Surveys to perform a Level 2 survey on a property and what we received was a comprehensive, informative and well-structured report. Special mention to Emma who was great throughout the process and offered excellent aftercare service. What was particularly impressive was their sales etiquette - made us aware of the optional extras and what advantages they could bring, but never pushed us. Would highly recommend Complete Home Surveys.

The survey was completed quickly and I found the report clear and informative. Emma was quick to respond, friendly, and always helpful. Thanks again to Emma and the team!
