Complete Home Surveys Ltd Omdömen

Couldn’t fault the service we received for our survey on our home, Sandra was lovely & very professional & thorough. We were really happy with the quick turnaround for the report too. We decided to go ahead & use Complete Home Surveys again for the house we are purchasing as we knew it would be well done under this business. The drone being used to thoroughly check every part of the house & the quick turnaround again was very impressive. Would highly recommend. Steph

Very friendly and approachable company. Emma was really helpful.
Would definitely use again in the future.

I have used Complete Home Surveys twice. I have had a Level 3 and a Level 2 survey. Both were done in a timely manner upon instructing their services. Both reports came back extremely quickly too. Each time I have had further questions they were answered within a couple of hours requesting. Both surveyors were really through and helped me understand everything within the reports.

I would highly recommend their services from start to finish.

Such an efficient and professional service. They were so kind and helpful and definitely would recommend using them (and will do myself for future houses down the line!). Thanks

The admin and survey team were quick and responsive to questions so I always knew the status of the survey.
A comprehensive report was delivered the day after the 1st survey took place. Due to a part of the property unexpectedly being inaccessible the surveyor quickly returned to the complete the survey so I could have a full report.
No complaints at all with the team and I'd happily use their services again

We've had both experiences of being a seller and a buyer with Complete Home Surveys, and their level of customer service, care and quality of work is outstanding. When we sold our house our buyers used CHS to conduct their survey. We were instantly impressed with how they conducted themselves that we knew to use CHS for future surveys on properties we were purchasing, and we haven't been left disappointed. Even when we've had tight timescales CHS have done their best to accommodate us and help us meet deadlines. A special mention to Emma and Sandra who have been a joy to work with.

Very professional and positive experience. Efficient and tailored advice provided.
