Complete Home Surveys Ltd Omdömen

We have had a fantastic experience with Complete Home Surveys. Emma is extremely patient and understanding, she is a credit to the company. Sean (our surveyor) wrote brilliant quality reports in a timely manner and was able to provide some follow up phone calls to discuss parts of the report in detail.
Excellent value for money and would not look elsewhere should we ever need a survey completing in the future. Would highly recommend.

Emma and Liam provided fantastic service on the surveys that they did for us.
They are efficient and well-organised and maintained good communication through the process.
I have no hesitation in recommending them and if I need further work I will definitely instruct them again.

Got a level 2 survey back in April and it was honestly just a waste of money. They missed so many things that are now becoming issues in the house and costing a lot of money.

I'd go somewhere else next time.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish survey was done promptly easy to understand clearly set out and incredibly detailed cannot thank Sean and his incredible team enough highly recommend this company for Home survey

Emma and Liam were proficient and provided an expedited service throughout. Not only was the survey done quickly and with high level of detail, Liam was brilliant following the survey answering any queries I had. Would certainly use the service again.

Great service throughout. Would definitely use in future

I am so impressed with the service and efficiency of Complete Instructions Surveyors. I am currently in the process of selling my flat and Emma called me to book in the valuation on Monday. The booking process was quick and easy and the surveyor (Keiron) was able to come out to me on Friday. Both Keiron and Emma were polite and really helpful. I have had my valuation report back this morning and am very happy with the service. I would highly recommend Complete Inspections, thank you!

Excellent company very professional extremely detailed survey report would recommend this company to anyone.

Prompt answer on the phone and a courteous reply. This firm gave a very good reasonably priced survey which was succinct and informative. I have used another surveying firm who were terrible and more expensive, hard to get hold of,never got back to me and the survey was full of waffle and it was nearly twice the price.

Buying a house for the first time can be really overwhelming. I was recommenced complete home surveys by a friend who used their service last year. I would recommend them to anyone who is going through this process, no question was too much. The survey was completed within a few weeks, within regular updates. The service and support that they provided was outstanding. Thank you.

Excellent service. Emma was very helpful and supportive at a difficult time when I rang to book a survey for probate after a family bereavement. The surveyor arrived promptly, was efficient and the report received the following morning. Definitely use again.

Survey was received in a timely manner. Good levels of detail. Would recommend.

I am currently in the process of buying my first home. I quickly realised that I needed a survey completed on my home to be and reached out to this company as I had read they had a quick turn around. Our survey was booked within 2 weeks and we received our report the day after the survey was carried out. Amazing and fast service, cannot recommend enough. Thank you!!

Complete Home Surveys was recommended to me in order to carry out a Level 3 Structural Survey on our intended house purchase.

From the first interaction with Emma in the office, through to the chat I had with Liam post survey, I have been thoroughly impressed with the service. They have been responsive at all times and provided a very comprehensive report.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We have used Complete Home Surveys on 3 separate occasions. You may, therefore, surmise we are happy with the service they provide.
Surveys are competitively priced and arranged in a timely manner.
Customer Service is exceptionally good courtesy of Emma.
Survey reports are delivered promptly and embody sufficient detail.
We would use CHS again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

My experience with complete home surveys was great they was quick with the report, communication was good through out and the staff was friendly and more than helpful I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use again

Emma responded to our enquiry very quickly and got us booked in as soon as possible. We had a last minute hiccup getting access to the property which Emma rearranged for us without any issue. Liam thoroughly accessed the property and was on hand to answer any questions we had once receiving the results going above and beyond. We will definitely be using Complete Home Surveys again in future and would recommend them to all. Thanks Emma and Liam

Quick turnaround on our Level 3 survey. Clear report with support before and after the results were sent. Thanks very much!

Can't recommend CHS highly enough. Emma was very quick organizing our level 3 survey and communication was faultless the whole way. We chose this as it's an old house. The extra cost for the level 3 survey was super useful for us as it showed up problems with the roof we had missed and meant the seller ended up paying for it rather than us shelling out the cost when we moved in. Also very helpful in highlighting a few issues we need to be aware of in the future that we would have been completely naive to otherwise. Highly recommend.
