Polycomm vvx411 supplied is not compatable with BT accounts. BT will not repeat not configure. Waste of time and money.

Despite a small problem on receipt of my phones the matter was promptly resolved, promptly, professionally and to my complete satisfaction.
I would recommend Comms Warehouse to anyone considering purchasing refurbished phones.

Ordered 2 reconditioned phones for our office, arrived next day and look like new. Installed and working perfectly!

First class service

First class service - they went out of their way to ensure that I bought the right equipment for my needs. Everything arrived on time and on schedule so would have no hesitation of using Comms Warehouse for my future IT requirements

Customer Service second to none...

It is difficult to Praise Comm's Warehouse enough regarding the way they run their business and the customer support they offer.

There was a problem with the compatibility of kit supplied, none of which was Comm's Warehouse's fault. Their team sorted things out in no time flat.

If only all online suppliers came up to the same standard!
