Polycomm vvx411 supplied is not compatable with BT accounts. BT will not repeat not configure. Waste of time and money.

Comms Warehouse have been beyond helpful. Special thanks to Zoe for sorting everything out, responding so quickly and getting the equipment out next day. Would thoroughly recommend

I am over the moon with the customer service Zoe provided me

After our office puppy chewed our Avaya line cord I came across Comms Warehouse. I saw they had a online chat operater so I gave it a try...
Zoe is the person everyone needs to be talking too she is friendly, professional but also has banter it was like I was talking to someone on the phone, because our conversation was fast I didn't have to wait for a response like you normally do. Plus Zoe even sent me the cable out for FREE. I think Comms Warehouse needs to give Zoe a big thank you for getting my 5 star review :)

So helpful

So helpful. Used the online chat and they found everything for me. Zoe was great! Spoke to her too to pay over the phone and my order is arriving tomorrow. Fantastic service!

BT Versatility Handset

Ordered a handset and it arrived the next day. Even received a follow up phone call to ensure all was good. Very friendly chap and great customer service.
