This Company is not only scammer but its fraudulently advertising CCW’s.
The make you enter SS numbers and all the information to get your
License. They also charge $95 and never send you the application . Ofcourse they will steal your Social Security to sell it.
Do not do business with them.

Do NOT use this platform! I attempted to buy a UK ETA, which official sources state costs £20.. On Commas’ website, the price displayed was £20. However, after completing the payment, my card was charged a staggering 199 USD —nearly ten times the original amount.

The hidden service fee was never clearly disclosed during checkout. When I reached out to Commas support, they simply washed their hands of the issue and redirected me to a third-party vendor (VisaFi). They operate an extremely deceptive payment flow designed to trick people into paying inflated prices. I have disputed the charge with my bank and reported them. Stay far away!

This company pretends to be the UK government. I tried getting a UK visa and they charged me 199$.. they are fully aware of what they're doing. Please report it to the police.

Luckily Revolut blocked them.

I used VisaFi to submit two UK ETA applications.

During the application process, the only clearly displayed amount was the £20 UK authority fee. At no point was it made sufficiently clear to me that I would ultimately be charged €344.47 for the two applications.

Both ETAs were successfully approved by the UK authorities. However, as soon as I discovered the amount that had been charged, I immediately requested a full refund of the service fees.

VisaFi confirmed by email that my refund request had been successfully submitted and forwarded to their billing team, and that I would receive a response within 5-7 business days.

That deadline has now passed, and despite sending several follow-up emails, I have received absolutely no response or confirmation regarding my refund.

I find this situation extremely frustrating and unacceptable. The way the pricing was presented was far from transparent, and had the total cost of €344.47 been clearly disclosed before I completed the payment, I would never have chosen this service.

I am still requesting a full refund of the €344.47.

I sincerely hope VisaFi/Commas will take this matter seriously and resolve it promptly!

FRAUD SCAM & WORSE A pity there's no way to give zero 🤬. 100% scam for UK ETA - I have a mail saying I've paid 24€29 and it's all OK, and find out that commas has taken 180 € from my account. Am filing a police complaint tomorrow and getting in touch with my worldwide RFI radio contacts so this gets broadcast immediately and others around the globe won't be fooled.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE SO FAR!! The amount of quick support is phenomenal. Today I closed a PIF that would have flopped if I didn’t do it through Commas and their other payment processor options (which I’ve never seen before). I’m going to be fully transitioning from Stripe to Commas now!! Eddie and Nick have been amazing with the support they’ve given me since day one. Truly appreciate the team and platform for sure!!

Very clunky set up. Poor communication. Had a meeting set up with them and they didn't show up on a zoom call. Had to go through customer service just to get another appointment.

I bought an ETA to enter the UK and clicked without noticing on the commas website, the price of the ETA matched the one I was told ( 20 pounds) but after I payed I got charged 179 euros! Such a scam. I reported this and want the overcharged money back! Scammers

my debit card just got charged $35 and i never ised their service or neither i heard their company name. the number i called no one picks up and it goes straight to voice mail.

Ive been using Commas for almost a year and they’ve been the best processor to work with!

Was sold on there being a one time only fee of $99.00, and agreed to that to move forward then at the next website level it became apparent there was no way to move forward without agreeing to a monthly subscription fee on top of the $99.00 already paid. I ended the “ride” at that point not wanting to trigger additional charges and tried to request a refund by replying to their email sent to me. My email was not responded to so I started a CC dispute to claw back my initial $99.00 charge.

Commas support team were super helpful, fast responses and thorough with their support tickets. I was able to get my tech issue resolved quickly with their guidance!

Commas is such a well-known company in my world, but they still make the experience feel incredibly personal. I really appreciated being able to have a real conversation, talk through my concerns, and receive a solution quickly. Great customer service and even better communication!

Applied for UK ETA and was quoted £20 which matched my confirmation.

Instead of €24 which was on my receipt, this scammer charged me 2x €177.

I only found out about these unathorized charges later on and am disputing it with my bank.

I will also be reporting this incident with the UK authorities in charge of ETA applications because there seems to be many who got scammed by them

Same experience as people who comments below: while applying for an ETA, I stopped the process halfway and found out afterwards that 199USD was taken from my credit card. I never approved this amount during the process, only a 20 USD fee was mentioned. And I didn’t even get anything for it. I am very upset by this process. I want my money back.

Ik heb een ETA aangevraagd voor de UK voor 20 pond. Normaal gesproken moet ik de betaling bij mijn creditcard goedkeuren. Nu is er in ene 358 euro gereserveerd. Dit is FRAUDE!!

Extremely poor.

$10,000 funds withheld, with no responses from support, no reason.

Claimed to "release" funds in 120 days, but over 6 months have passed with no follow up. Dissappointing.
