Excellent. I was a bit dubious about using them when I read a couple of reviews but gave them a go anyway. I brought the T18 & T14 and paid for next day delivery. They didn’t send a despatch email so I wasn’t sure if it was going to come until I had a confirmation text from Royal Mail that it was being delivered. It came the day they stated. The product worked as expected. I will most definitely be using them again.

Fantastic service. My Wella T18 came the very next day and was perfect as expected. I've read some reviews here questioning the product as it isn't "sealed" with a plastic seal but that's perfectly normal for the product. I've purchased this within the USA and it was exactly the same.
Product worked wonderfully as expected. Happy customer, will return.

Recently, during the UK Covid-19 lockdown, I bleached my hair from medium/dark brown to blonde. The result was an unsightly brassy colour - my hair looked awful.

Thankfully, after a bit of online research, I was able to find the products I needed to fix my hair from Colourwarehouse (Wella T14, 050, and 20 developer). These products can be difficult to find in the UK.

The T14 and 050 products were delivered promptly. However, my parcel was missing the developer (perhaps understandable, as I imagine that recently Colourwarehouse are receiving a lot of online orders).

I emailed the company and received the developer in a couple of days. Thankfully, my hair now looks great!

The toner I ordered came really quickly and definitely took out the brassy tone from my bleached hair. When I bleach again I will definitely purchase my toner from here again.

When the toner and developer arrived I noticed that there was no protective seal on the bottle, as you would expect when receiving liquid products. I mixed and used as instructed and it still took quite a while to tone down the brassyness/orange tone of my hair, which made me question a bit if the products were diluted due to it not having a protective seal on the bottle, which is weird for new unopened products. Some parts of my hair are still orange.

I love the product! My product got lost in the mail - customer service was quick to assist me. They followed up to make sure I had finally received the product, if I had not they would conduct their own inquiry with the mail service. All around wonderful product and team. Thank you!
