My parcel arrived on time and well packaged. The most wonderful thing was getting a follow up call from your friendly colleague enquiring as to whether I had received my parcel.

I was sure I had been scammed as communication is quite poor in my opinion. Royal Mail was showing the same message for over a week that the sender had let them know it’ll be with them soon and on top of this I couldn’t access the website- it must of been down I’m guessing. BUT I RECEIVED MY T18 TODAY! Thank the lord. It has been 15 days since I ordered so just want to let people know that you will eventually get your order! 😅

Put a family members item on hold due to bad review! Then wanted an apology and the bad review to be taken down or they would give no refund or send out the item! Must be run by children to have this sort of attitude!

AVOID!!!! Absolutely terrible customer service. I waited almost two weeks for a colour I had paid for. The order came yesterday with no colour!!! Instead they had sent a 20vol developer. I immediately emailed and asked them to send me the correct order as I really needed my hair done by this weekend. Instead I was told that they would not send out the colour (that I had paid for) until I sent back the developer!!! Basically they wanted me to send the developer back, wait for them to receive it and then they would send the correct colour which would probably take a further two weeks! I explained again that the error was theirs not mine and they did not appear to care. Avoid at all costs. No business etiquette whatsoever. Save yourself the disappointment. The company makes errors and do nothing to try and rectify the issue with the customer.

After reading these reviews, I was honestly about to cancel my order. But I then I received my t18 in the mail. Since living in the UK, I can't get this item here and Colourwarehouse is the only place right now I can find this toner. I've tried other toners and nothing gets rid of the yellow like Wella t18. I suppose I could have family members in the US buy this for me and post it to me here but they are all very busy! I'm going to go bleach my hair now and use my favourite toner! 😊

I ordered Wella T35 and the outcome of the colour was amazing, better then what i had expected. It really helped me tone the brassiness of my hair and even it out. The service i received was excellent as well, will definitely be ordering again when i decide to change my hair colour.

Good products, wide selection of wella color charm toners, but you should reply quicker to emails to avoid any possible misunderstanding.

Previously left a poor review as I was under the impression this was a scam. I did however arrive today. Placed order on the 10th May and arrived on the 21st May. Considering the circumstances, I understand there will be some delays however the company can do loads more to improve communications as my original order confirmation states, it would be delivered within 2 to 4 days. The contact us page is also useless as there is no telephone number and no email.

I ordered without first checking the reviews and was adamant I’d been scammed. But low and behold my order arrived today! Took a little longer but given the circumstances I think that’s fair enough! I received a text last week to say there would be a delay and they would be posted last Wednesday. Arrived a week later. Super happy!

Don't use. I can't get hold of them and my order hasn't arrived although they said it was sent first class over a week ago. Website doesn't load and they don't reply to emails. No phone number. It must be dodgy.

My item took a little longer to arrive which was expected under the current circumstances but I did manage to get in contact with the seller through whats app although they did take a couple of days to respond to me. Will be purchasing from here again.
