What a long return process
What a long return process. I had items all boxed up to return, and then I had to take out the items and take a picture of them! I put them back in the box and made a label and went to the post office and to stand in line. I returned some shoes to another retailer recently and with only a couple of key strokes, I was told to go 1 mile to UPS and just hand them box. How easy!

Super fast shipping to western states.
The shipping is incredible to California. They use general logistics systems, which is apparently just a western states carrier, so I paid ten dollars for shipping for a handlebar, but it got here in two business days.
