Had to pay return shipping out of pocket
The return shipping on bike shoes that didn't fit was over $20! That's a third of the price of the shoes! You should really consider offering free return shipping or a flat rate label under $10.

The guys in the SLO store are always friendly and knowledgeable. I went in looking for proprietary and no longer in production Mavic spoke cups and though they didn't have any Rob took the time to find some on line. It was critical I found some 'cause I am restoring a 2001 Giant NRS1 and I didn't want to use anything except original. I was very excited because another shop made it sound pretty hopeless. Furthermore, Rob was very familiar with these Mavic parts.

True to size
The quality of the shoes, the bike tights, and bike tanks were superior. When the items say tight they are and if it does not the item will be true to size.

Very nice biking shorts for road or MB

I’ve personally checked our records and haven't found an email under this address, but I want to make sure we get this sorted out for you immediately. Our tracking shows the package was delivered to a front desk or reception area in Los Angeles on April 1st at 4:03 pm. Please check with your building management, and if it's still missing, contact us directly so we can open an investigation with the carrier for you.

Best bang for your buck
Cambria provided me with an excellent helmet at a great price. Shipping took a few days but it’s expected as it went all across the country.
