Metal Front basket came warped….and bent.
And when you go in puddles the splash guard in front is useless…the water goes everywhere ont the front seat biker!!!

Everything about the breeze pro is excellent. And sales person was very knowledgeable. They were quick to respond to any of my questions. There are excellent videos also that explain any assembly problems you might have. I ordered signal lights and had no problems installing them by watching video. I definitely recommend the Breeze Pro.

I bought the trike for my husband and he loves it.a good friend helped him put it together. He’s enjoying riding on the trails close to our home. Not bad for a 90 year old. Thank you for your great service.

Matt has been a great help with warranty repair issues.

Once we could connect to the company the support was great. To be honest, my wife is uncomfortable on the trike. She is an experienced rider, but the front basket that doesn’t track with the front tire confuses her. She doesn’t seem to want to ride it, but we will try again after we return from vacation.
I’ll have to find a nearby empty parking lot to let her practice in.
The construction and detail were very good.

Doing business with quality quest bikes has honestly been one of the best purchasing experiences that I have had. Placed an order and shortly after found that the area I live in does not permit the unit that I wanted I contacted quality told him of my dilemma and they agreed to hold the order until I could clarify the issue here. At the end of the day I had to cancel.I received my money within a matter of hours. At no time was I pushed pressured ,or hassled.real pleasure guys thank you.

The owners manual is very poor
It doesn’t even let you know that the batteries have an on/off switch. There are not hardly any instructions on his to operate Etrike. The u tube video to watch is not even mentioned. You can do must better. Thanks, Bill Darby

I have drove it 20 miles and have not had any problems it is a very nice machine

Amazing price. Lots of extras. Great customer service.

They kept me up to what was going on and did everything they could to correct things that were packaged wrong. They sent a European style plug instead of a USA style plug.

Great customer service, timely responses and going out of their way to make sure all my needs were met.
I'll do business with them again if I get the opportunity.
