I want to share with you my experience with Cocoage Dubai branch. They call you for a free facial (which you then realize was a fishing technique), then they analyze your skin and tell you that if you don’t « fix » your face with so and so and so services/techniques/creams, your face is basically gonna turn into a chicken lol then they plan a package for you with unrealistic prices (mine was around AED40,000/=. When they noticed I wasn’t interested or « scared » of how horrible the skin would look like according to them, they said we want you to be a model for the clinic and we would charge you only the cost price (dhs.10,500/=), I unfortunately fell for it only to realize that it was all a gimmick to push me to buy the package. Their creams are completely useless and actually even harmful, they made my skin the most dry skin I have ever had ! They change their staff faster than changing the paper tissues which tells you a lot ! Steer away if you want a better service with a realistic price and quality results. This clinic isn’t it.

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve experienced. For two weeks, the clinic kept reaching out to try a new service. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested, yet ended up waiting over 40 minutes past my appointment time — with no therapist available. On top of that, I had to pay AED 20 for parking just to sit and wait. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.

Branch in Dubai is such a scam. They call and invite you for a “free” facial. While doing face analysis they suggest treatment. They use their “expensive” products for facial and don’t even touch your blackheads or pores. Then they offer crazy price for a treatment, and give your even crazier discount, and literally BEG you to at least pay deposit to “secure” your discount.

Rude unprofessional staff at the reception. Tried to call to get directions, no answer. When I got there, the girls at the reception kept speaking to each other in Russian and asked me to reschedule after they agreed if I wait they will take me in. Would definitely not trust them in any treatment

I recently purchased the Cocoàge Extra Shot 24K Non-Surgical Eye Applicator at Frankfurt Airport after being approached by a very persuasive salesperson. I feel compelled to share my experience as a warning to others who might encounter this product.

**Initial Purchase Experience:**
The salesperson presented this as a premium product with an original price of $1,500. After a lengthy sales pitch and demonstration, they offered a "special discount" bringing it down to $200, presenting this as an exceptional opportunity. While $200 seemed more reasonable than $1,500, I've since discovered this dramatic "discount" appears to be part of their standard sales tactic.

**Product Issues:**
1. **Quantity vs. Claims:** The salesperson explicitly told me the 10ml product would last for a year with weekly applications. In reality, the product was essentially empty after just 3-4 applications, even when using the recommended "dime-sized amount" as directed on the packaging.

2. **Contradictory Instructions:** Most concerning was the direct contradiction between the salesperson's advice and the product's own safety instructions. The seller specifically instructed me to apply it under my eyes right before going to sleep. However, the product packaging explicitly warns "Do not sleep with product on" - a critical safety instruction that the seller either didn't know or deliberately ignored.

3. **Temporary Effects Only:** Despite the premium pricing and gold-infused marketing, this is simply a temporary skin-tightening product. The packaging itself states effects last "up to a max of 8 hours." This is a short-term cosmetic effect with no long-term benefits, despite the salesperson suggesting lasting improvements.

4. **Questionable Value:** Even at the "discounted" $200, this product offers terrible value. It works out to approximately $50-$65 per application for a temporary effect that washes off the same day.

**Main Ingredients:**
The primary active ingredients are sodium silicate and magnesium aluminum silicate - common and inexpensive ingredients used in many temporary skin-tightening products at much lower price points. The gold appears last on the ingredients list, indicating minimal concentration.

**Bottom Line:**
This appears to be a basic temporary skin-tightening product with luxury marketing and an inflated price tag. The contradictions between seller claims and product instructions raise serious concerns about the company's sales practices. I recommend avoiding this product and the aggressive sales tactics employed by this company.

I later found very similar products online for under $30 that contain the same key ingredients and provide identical temporary effects. Save your money and avoid the disappointment.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Am Flughafen in Frankfurt wurde mir Cocoage Cosmetics mehr oder weniger aufgeschwatzt. Für viel Geld habe ich den Extra Shot 24K Non-Surgical Eye Applicator erworben. Mag sein, dass das Produkt gut ist, das will ich nicht abstreiten, aber nach zwei Wochen war die Creme, die 1,5 Jahre reichen sollte, vertrocknet und somit nicht mehr verwendbar. Auf keine meiner 10 Nachrichten wurde geantwortet, weder über Email, noch über Insta. Toller Kundenservice. Ich habe mehr erwartet und bin maßlos enttäuscht. Nie wieder!!!

Horrific customer service - do not waste your time

Terrible experience at Cocoage clinic.I was invited for a free facial. Received a message ansking if I had arrived 30 minutes prior to the appt. However, when I arrived I was told there will be a wait as three of their therapists had left. I was told to wait for 15 minutes but it was 30 minutes late at which point I left as they had no idea when a therapist would become available. This was an absolute waste of my time. Do NOT recommend. Terrible customer service.

I absolutely love the cocoage products, I have all the masks,creams,serums. Anyone that does a review without giving it at least 14days is not giving it justice. So immediately does hydrate, the eye serum has taking away almost completely my horrible dark circles and puffiness under my eyes, i am 42 years old and the hot temp line has minimizes my pores and has smoothed out my fine lines. It does give great results for hydration and plumping the skin. The cryogenic cream is amazing. You have to do your routine morning and night everyday, also do a mask 1-2times a week and after a few weeks you will continue to see amazing results.

I came up this clinic, spent waiting for a doctor 1 hour and the doctor still didn’t appear, so I just left bc had no time to waist anymore. This is super rude and disrespectful to invite pro your clinic and keep them waiting for hours!!!

It’s a scam they invite you for a free facial (which is just serum cream and sunblock) and then give you a treatment plan for which you have to pay 5000 and the offer is only valid for that time. I can’t believe people actually fall for this and pay….. lol

Cocoage in Dubai feels like a scam. They invite you for facials with a voucher worth 2000aed. Then they tell, you have to do 20sessions of something worth 30000aed but „especially for you 7000” but pay right now or in 4 payments with but first one has to be right now.
Did 4 sessions and 0 results.
