DO NOT RECOMMEND!! COMPLETE SCAMMERS..
They gave me "free facial" just to get me to come to the clinic, then pressured me to pay huge amount to get a package that i didn't even need or want. Every time you say no they give more discount but complete lies! Also I was treated very badly and the service is shit once you pay they don't care about you anymore. They promised so many lies even about their working times, their parking, everything.

Always such a great experience! The staff are amazing, super friendly, and make you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. I’ve learned so much from each and every one of them, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into everything they do.

Lendsy alone is 5 stars she was very good in handling the treatment. She was very cheerful and she explained everything she did on my face which helped me understand what is happening. Loved it ❤️❤️❤️

Ich habe am Frankfurter Flughafen den eye applicator Von cocoage cosmetic gekauft .
Leider habe ich zu Hause festgestellt , dass er kaputt ist und es kommt keine Creme raus .
Meine emails an diese Firma belaufen sich auf ca.6/7 Stück . Es wurde kurz geantwortet mit dem Versprechen es an den Manager weiter zu leiten , mal wurde nach Adresse gefragt usw . Aber nach einer Mail gab es keine weiteren Kontakt mehr und dass finde ich schon ziemlich enttäuschend , es ist nicht ein Produkt was 3,50 Euro gekostet hat , da wäre es mir egal , nun bleibe ich auf einem Stück Plastik für 290euro sitzen !!!

I have to be honest, I agree with all the bad reviews. That is exactly how it happened...you get lured and bullied and hustled into buying something you cant afford. I did not have a job at the time....they were relentless in their determination to make a sale it was an absolutely awful experience, that I will never forget. I cant emphasize enough - ignore the phone message (if you get one) for the free facial - that is just the start of the nightmare journey.

⚠️ Warning: Extremely Misleading & Unethical Experience at Cocoage Aesthetic Clinic, Fairmont Dubai

I had one of the most disappointing and deceptive experiences at Cocoage Aesthetic Clinic in the Fairmont Hotel, Dubai. They called me for a so-called “free consultation and diamond facial”, but in reality, it was nothing more than a basic face cleansing — absolutely false advertising.

After the facial, a staff member named Feeroza began aggressively pushing me to sign up for multiple expensive treatments. She kept insisting everything was “tailor-made for my skin” — yet no doctor ever saw me or examined my skin. It was clear this was not a medical recommendation, just a high-pressure sales tactic.

She then brought her manager Sareen, and together they created a ridiculous package worth AED 23,600 for only:
• 2 Laser sessions
• 4 Injections
• 4 Peelings

Then they claimed to offer a “50% discount” if I paid immediately — still over AED 11,800! When I questioned the pricing, they refused to share a proper breakdown of individual treatment costs.

Later, I checked with reputable clinics in Dubai — the same laser session costs around AED 900, not AED 5,400 like Cocoage was demanding! This clearly shows how massively overpriced and dishonest their approach is.

This clinic operates more like a sales trap than a professional aesthetic center. There was no transparency, no ethics, and no genuine concern for the client’s wellbeing.

🚨 Please be warned — stay far away from Cocoage Aesthetic Clinic. Don’t fall for their fake “offers” and manipulative sales talk. What they promise as a consultation or facial is nothing but a scam to sell overpriced packages.

Dubai Cocoage Aesthetic Clinic called and invited me 200 AED facial promotion treatment which should have been taken 1.5 hours, arrived on time, surprisingly was called for a procedure only 30 minutes after the appointment, although they weren’t busy at all. As it was a discounted treatment , I believe they have deliberately waisted 30 minutes of my promotional treatment in order to shorten it, didn't apologize for it, didn't even propose to compensate me in any form.
While I was sitting and waiting quietly a side, I heard a very disturbing conversation from one of the employees which apparently didn’t see me, that their 25 last reviews are very positive since they are bought for money and now it is easier to sell to clients…
I was literally shocked, however thought to gave them a chance after I opened and read the reviews and surprisingly it was a fact, their 20-25 newest reviews were extremely positive which wasn’t the case 10 days before. Suspicions? Not at all, clearly shows that this employee talked about, since before the reviews were horrible and most probably for their scam services.
The first step in the process was analyzing my skin, with a Chinese cheap machine, allegedly, according to the esthetician, very advanced technological skin analyzer in the market today, which is false of course.
After the machine analyzed my skin and according to the esthetician, my perfect skin was in a horrible condition. I wanted to leave already, since I am treated in other well-established clinic in Dubai and my skin is always in amazing condition, but again, stayed, hoping all the above said in some point of the treatment will improve.
In vain, the treatment started with a physiological pressure during the whole process about my skin “bad” condition and the need with their superior advanced treatments ONLY. After 20 minutes the process was done. It was horrible, instead of relaxing professional treatment the whole process was inculcation and sales pitch to purchase their super expensive treatment packages, which of course I wasn’t interested in, at all.
All I wanted is to RUN away as fast as possible and since I didn’t even want to agree with their proposal of allegedly outrageous 39,000 aed package, they immediately changed their tactics and proposed me a “discount” of 22,000 aed for exchange of my pictures, who even does that (with allegedly my horrible skin condition), modeling, reviews and promotion of their clinic to others. At that specific moment I understood how they managed to achieve the last 25 “super positive” reviews. When I politely said what I hear in the waiting hall about their reviews and now I understand how they falsely operate and confronted them the whole process deteriorated sharply.
They tried to hold me again and again with their super new tactics to improve my overall opinion and suggested again 50 % discount on their already discounted offer, which stood on 17,000 aed , so the total would be 8,500 aed (only if I pay right now) for their 39,000 aed package?!?!?! Are you even real?? Aggressive sales to draw out your money on a spot tactics without any option for any refund even before the first treatment takes a place, which of course they omit during the proposal.
Once they have finally understood that I am adamant to leave and report them at least 2 managers become rude in a moment, humiliated me, my skin, my budget - by saying that I probably didn’t have the money to “allow their superior treatments” and tried to even accuse me that I didn’t hear right and understand what the manager said in a hall and that the proposed 5 stars review exchange for a discount never proposed to me, which again, all were lies. The only thing I can honestly say – I am happy to run away from this nightmare without leaving them my money.
I never, ever felt so humiliated and disgusted from a provided service and will definitely report this to DHA and will sue them in Dubai court.

TOTAL SCAM. I have lost 2 hours of my life with these jokers. 2 hours that I will never get back.
They lure you in by the offer of discounted facial from 2000 to 200 dhs

You arrive, they give you a skin analysis which basically shows your skin is harsh as a tree trunk and needs URGENT attention.

Anyway, then they do this 25 minute facial (supposedly pricedat 2k dhs lol ) , then the therapist took me through a recommended 12 month programme which would cost me 37k aed. Without asking, she said she was going to get her manager to come and speak to me! At this point my blood is starting to boil at this waste of time I'm going through.

The Manager, a pretty blond eastern European, comes in with an aggressive style to say they can offer me a “models” package for 10k which I need to sign up for instantly, without even asking me, she starts writing down a payment plan.
When I responded that I needed research all the treatments they were suggesting, the Manager replies with "wasn't this explained to you?”

When the Manager could see she wasn’t going to get me signed up, she stormed out. Never have I experienced such an aggressive sales pitch.

Would not go to that place again - the Manager relies on her looks to push an aggressive sales pitch at crazy ridiculous prices for a service not worth even 10% of their prices. It took a lot for me to hold myself from calling them scammers to their faces. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Thank you Cocoage for taking care of my skin. Starting from the representative who called me for the 200 AED Diamond Glow Package. Forgot his name but it's kinda (Jone), he's very knowledgable with the services they offer plus a good communication skills. His professionalism is beyond excellent. Therapist named Rima is also a gem for doing a great job. Will surely recommend to all my networks here in UAE.

The Manager comes in with an aggressive style to say they can offer me a “models” package for 14k which I need to sign up for today, without even asking my opinion starts writing down all the financial information and payment plans. When I responded that I needed to go away and think about it, plus research all the treatments they were suggesting, the Manager replies with “didn’t she explain it fo you properly” which made both myself and the therapist feel uncomfortable.

When the Manager could see he wasn’t going to get me signed up, he stormed out. Never have I experienced such aggression in trying to get me signed up for something I didn’t really understand.

Would not step foot in this place again - the Manager made me feel very uncomfortable and I can imagine a lot of people would feel bullied into parting with large sums of money.
