My Hydrafacial experience with Christine, is superb! She diligently and carefully made the treatment so easy, which makes me feel glowing at the end. All the reception staff are very friendly and accommodating. A five-star Aesthetics Clinic, indeed!

I received a free Diamond Facial Massage voucher, and my appointment was booked for 8:00 pm. Since I work in a different emirate, I made special arrangements by booking a hotel in Dubai and paying AED 350 for a driver to travel from another emirate.

For appointment booking and confirmation, their team called me 3–4 times. However, due to heavy traffic in Dubai, I reached at 8:15 pm. My appointment was cancelled without a single call or message to check my status.

I was informed that SORRY the team had already left because I was not present on time. There was no flexibility, no courtesy call, and no effort to accommodate, even though the delay was only 15 minutes.

Whether the voucher was free or paid, basic customer service and communication should be maintained.

And I thought it’s just the hype as everyone is into aesthetic treatments these days, but I thought wrong. The change in my skin texture is immediate, feels more supple and hydrated. A disciplined skin routine at home is of course a requisite and that’s where the Cocoage products come in. I’m glad to have found this clinic. Staff are very professional and they proactively remind you of the booked appointments. Very helpful for people with crazy diaries.

I received a call from the clinic inviting me for treatment. Before the appointment, I carefully read all the information regarding contraindications and did not find anything related to my case.

I then drove 2 hours to reach the Fairmont Hotel branch in Dubai. Upon arrival, I informed them about the medications I am currently taking, and only then they refused to perform any procedure. This is very disappointing, especially since I have undergone several procedures not long ago without any issue.

What makes this worse is that my time was completely wasted. I did not sleep well the night before because I finished my duty late and woke up early to be on time for the appointment. Today, I am again expected to work until late evening.

This behavior is highly unprofessional. Proper screening should have been done before confirming the appointment.

I came for a free facial and liked it so much that I ended up getting a full package. I love the Cocoage serums and creams and their therapists are very good. Overall a happy customer.

The staff is fantastic. The treatment was also very effective. I had a great time.

The clinic has a great ambiance and the doctors are so good and expert in her work especially Dr. Joyce. The staff are great and very accommodating like Justine and Cha who greets me very warm and always notify me whenever i have an appointment

Honestly they did all the injections amd therapy they mentioned in the package and the doctors are very professional no bruising or redness except for the first 30 mins. And the receptionist are very professional and supportive.

The experience everytime is superb, from the reception to the doctors and with the facilities, you really know you are getting the best! Strongly recommended!
