I came to Coached By GLJ through a recommendation from a friend who had success training with Harv. I don’t have the discipline on my own to lift weights but wanted to do a body recomposition.
Harv has been amazing - he’s given me a realistic but challenging program each week and he adapts it without my asking depending on how I feel and what’s going on in my life. During this time, I’ve also been able to maintain my lifestyle - I’ve traveled a few times for work, ate many meals out, socialized, went to music festivals and weekends away. Harv’s also readily available for any questions I have. He keeps me in check but also encourages me when I’m hard on myself - I’m a perfectionist by nature but he reminds me the goal is long term sustainability.
My self confidence is sky rocketing and I’m becoming more disciplined - this is trickling over into other areas of my life. I’d absolutely recommend training with Harv and I intend to stick with it for the foreseeable future!

Getting trained by G has been such an incredible and rewarding experience. I have been weightlifting for a while, but having my workouts planned by G has been a game changer. One of my goals was to increase my strength, and I’ve slowly but surely been able to do that. I also wanted to lose weight, and with G’s guidance, I’ve been able to do that as well. There is no restrictive dieting - it’s just about staying consistent and planning meals within my macros. So I still am able to enjoy foods I like. It’s crazy to think that in only two months, I’ve already seen more progress than I have in the past few years. If anything, it motivates me to continue working with G to reach my goals. Can’t recommend GLJ enough!

I’ve been working with GLJ for about 6 months now and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Before I started training with Harv, I struggled to lose weight on my own despite trying various approaches. I would highly recommend G, she’s been helping me to achieve my goals and in only about 10 weeks with few days out, takeaways and week holiday I still hit those goals and my weight is dropping! She’s very down to earth and helping to understand how to fuel your body properly , how to exercise to see proper results with positive and healthy approach. I’ve been going to a gym for quite some time but never saw real results until I signed up with G and her team! If you want to improve your fitness, don’t think twice, just sign up!

I started to work with Louise 9 weeks ago. So far the results are amazing 🤩 I wanted to lose weight and starting to be more defined in the abs and arms after having my second child and I needed some support, guidance and motivation. In only 9 weeks I achieved most of my results and I plan to keep going because it’s really a learning experience: I am still going out, I have been 2 weeks on holidays and enjoying the weekend away. Louise will show you that it can be done without depriving yourself and you will learn the healthy way of eating and exercising, still enjoying life 🤩

I needed some extra external motivation, and Harvey was a great coach for that. He was patient with me during my 12 week fat loss journey. I lost about 9 pounds (135 to 126.6) and I learned how to eat proper macros. I increased my protein and felt fuller longer. In the beginning he even looked at restaurant menus to help me choose what to eat! The check-ins were good for weekly accountability. I’m ending my fat loss journey a bit earlier than I had hoped bc I want to start planning for a family but I would recommend this program to anyone!

Been working with these guys for 4-5 months and it's been a great experience. I already came with all the background knowledge of training and nutrition but I just wanted to put it in someone else's hands & get some responsibility as I had a lot going on running my own business.
The weekly check-ins are great for constant evaluation, feedback on the training and monitoring every detail (for me having previous cycle issues and how they focus on health instead of just numbers was a big help!) But overall just genuinely great people and a pleasure to work with and take advise from.

Really enjoyed my time with Coached by GLJ! Spent the last 16 weeks with Harvey and G, who made it a priority that I reach my goals in a sustainable way. My biggest takeaway is how much stronger and more educated I am. Prior, I was educated on fitness and calorie counting, but was too nervous to track and weigh all of my food. I told them this, but they assured it was going to help them do their job and make sure I’m getting all the right nutrients each week. I was scared at first, but they made it incredibly easy, and now it’s part of my routine! So happy with the results I was able to achieve, and I’m so glad I made the choice to seek help, instead of trying to do everything on my own. Thank you to the team! Would recommend this for anyone struggling with their fitness goals.

I have been coached by Louise for a little over 5 months now and have really enjoyed working with her! During our weekly check ins, she is always supportive and I feel that she is genuinely excited for me when I reach my goals! If there is something that I am struggling with that week, she provides me with tips and advice so I can aim to better meet that goal in the upcoming week. She is always quick to reply to any messages I send her throughout the day, even with me being in a different time zone! I am excited to continue working with Louise and cannot wait to continue smashing my goals!

I started following Georgia ages ago and got in touch with Coached by GLJ after gaining some weight over the winter.
My consultation call was with Harv, with whom I've discussed extensively my needs and he has also helped me purchase all the essential equipments I needed to train at home. Without his advice I'd have been completely lost in between websites!
Louise, not only she is the loveliest, she has literally been my saviour from Day 1. I'm 14 weeks in, 10kg down, lighter than before the winter, stronger than ever and getting more confident in my own skin day by day.
I can eat whatever I want within my calories and I don't have to renounce to food groups nor social activities. Louise has made this coaching my personal journey to learn how to take care of my body with food and fitness and, as I said to her, she'll never get rid of me!

I have been following both Harv and G for years on Instagram and was aware they did online coaching. However, I thought to myself “I don’t need a coach, I have been lifting for years, I know what I am doing”. There came a point where I started to lose motivation to train and needed to be held an accountable. I had my initial call with Harvey (fan girl moment) and he understood my goals from the very start. I have been coached by Harvey for the last 6 months or so and have loved every minute. The programmed workouts are very personal and Harv is quick to adjust if I have any feedback. The nutrition component is also great and I receive frequent advice and feedback about my macros, what to eat when to best fuel my workouts and recover. I have been with Harvey through both a bulk and fat loss phase and the check-in’s, accountability, and support have been 10/10.

I have been working with Harv for the past 3 months where I was looking to lose fat for a holiday. I was looking for accountability and someone to take the hard work out planning a training routine and nutrition. Harv has made it so easy on this cut as he has kept my calories as high as possible while still losing fat to make sure I maintain muscle which I have. He has been very adaptable with my training routine as I wanted to make some changes, he got back to me within 24 hours with a new routine. As well as this I explained how some exercises I didn’t feel as comfortable with and he changed them up right away and let me know to reach out anytime with any issues. He has been supportive throughout, even with my last minute plans to go on holiday etc. Even with these holidays and plans we have still achieved fat loss! I would definitely recommend working with the coachedbyGLJ team if you want to make your life easier and have support through your fat loss/gain phase!

I have been working with Harv since Jan 2024. I came to him after seeing amazing results that my wife was getting working with another awesome trainer in the CoachedbyGLJ team.
I had a good understanding of nutrition and training after loosing a lot of weight earlier and would be pretty consistent for a while but struggle to maintain my progress.
Unfortunately from all the yoyo dieting I had slowed down my metabolism a little bit and struggled to keep the weight off. The only way was to keep dropping my calories and that was hard to maintain for a long period.
When I spoke to Harv I voiced my struggles and what I wanted to achieve. He listened and told me how he could help and I knew from that first call this was the guy.
He helped me realise that in order to get the results I wanted I had to eat food to fuel my body not starve my body. In the coming weeks I started eating right, training right and was seeing the results while eating more food than I have ever had before. He also taught me that no foods were off limits. If I wanted a burger or that piece of chocolate I could fit it into my lifestyle. Flexible dieting was amazing ( within limits) . I even had many birthdays, anniversaries and social events in that period and I still saw results. Harv just laid out the plan every week and I followed it. I even had a few speed bumps along the way but Harv knew how navigate around it. He was supportive every time and responded when I had any questions or concerns.
I lost 10kg in that time and feel awesome.
Harv isn't just my coach any more, I consider him a friend and will be long term client for years to come.
If you want to get the results that you want I promise if you start today you will not regret it.

Working with Louise over the past six months has been an incredible experience. Thanks to her expert guidance and support, I have successfully lost around 10kg and embraced a healthier lifestyle, all without the need for restrictive dieting. Throughout my journey working with Harv I have been pushed and challenged but constantly understood even when i’m not perfect. I started fully getting into working out back in 2021 when I first followed G on Instagram. Seeing her progress and realness in her post inspired me to want to jump into a healthier lifestyle.
I’ve been working with G for a little over a year now and let me tell you…. She knows what she is talking about! Weight loss and fitness is a lifestyle and it won’t work out unless you do! Over the year I have been working with her, I haven’t been as consistent as I should’ve been, so at the top of this year, I decided to buckle down and take my goals a bit more seriously, and let me tell you, the results have shown. Even in just the last 4 weeks of ticking those boxes 100%, the results have been mind blowing.
My journey with G has been such a rollercoaster, but she has given me such great tips and knowledge on how to make this a lifestyle. She has also displayed so much patience and encouragement along the way.
I have a very vibrant social life, so that has been something she has helped me work around in terms of being able to still be social whilst still ticking those boxes every day and making lifestyle changes. I’m still learning but it is not a quick fix! I definitely plan to stick with G for as long as it takes with the goal being, one day to be able to take everything she taught me and apply it to my everyday life.

I have been with Coached by GLJ, supported by Coach Harvey, for 36 weeks now and it has been nothing short of a fantastic experience. I lost 3% body fat with Harvey’s direction and support between September to March and I have continued to maintain my weight loss.
