Die Produktqualität (in meinem Fall ein Ausgussbecken) ist mangelhaft und der Support hat zwar nach langwiergigem hin und her (zig Emails) eine Rücksendung akzeptiert, behält jedoch einen Teil des Kaufpreises ein - trotz des versprechen des kostenlosen Rückversandes.

Fast delivery of the item, and good communication with the company. Sadly, there was a problem with the item, but Cnest were excellent in dealing with this, and have promptly agreed to send us a replacement item.

Be very careful when buying. They never dispatched my order yet claimed to and also for over a month I had to argue with them to refund my money.

CNCEST de momento he mandado a reclamar por correo electrónico pues la bomba lleva 4 meses puestas y está empezando a fallar no tiene fuerza pero una solución pero por lo que estoy viendo son unos incompetentes estafadores espero no tener ese problema

Nicht zu empfehlen, 80 Liter Boiler bestellt aber 50 Liter erhalten und trotzdem ich musste die Ware nach Ausland auf meine Kosten zurück schicken. Reklamation dauert ca. 45 Tage

I purchased a portable dishwasher. It arrived on time but it was broken in 3 places. The electric plug was missing a prong. The tube for the water to exit the machine had a big hole in it. The back of the machine was dented.
I reclaimed the same day with fotos of the damaged and unsuable new machine. I was told to wait for two weeks, due to the Chinese New Year. I was then asked to transfer 70 euros to pay for the postage to send me a replacement. I should keep the broken machine as decoration for my kitchen.
I then had to return the broken machine, paying almost 60 euros, to recieve a full refund. I had to invest 60 euros to send back the junk they sent me.

So just avoid this company at all costs. You write emails to a robot and end up paying on top to return their junk!!

acabo de leer los comentarios respecto a CNCEST, lamento no haberlos leído antes de comprarles algo, les compré una tronzadora de metales, el aspecto era de buena calidad, la enchufé, giró apenas unos segundos y ya no volvió a funcionar, no dan una solución y ya tampoco responden mis reclamos, son verdaderos sinvergüenzas incalificables, con nada de serios
