I purchased a Ray Lamp - very sturdy construction, very happy with the unit itself. As For The Instructions to put it together DISGUSTING. It was a photocopy of a photocopy - I had my reading glasses on and I had to get a magnify glass. With computer technology the way it is they should be able to upgrade. For memory I thought all documents provided with a purchase within Australia is required to be minimum 10pt font.

Ladri , truffa, ho acquistato uno scaldabagno ed e' arrivato rotto, non solo non rispettano la garanzia dei due anni,ma non mi hanno ne inviato nuovamente uno scaldabagno ne rimborsato,mi chiedono che io debba spendere 45 euro di spedizione per uno scaldabagno che loro mi hanno inviato rotto, creandomi da 2 mesi dissrrvizio.Provedo a fenuncia penale sl commisariato

Ho acquistato una lampada a infrarossi a metà marzo del valore di € 57,56 comprensivo di sconto.
Ricevo l'articolo il 25/03 ma è difettosa:
la base non si monta correttamente, le ruotine fanno fatica ad entrare e rimangono slivellate. Il braccio da attaccare alla base non è fissato ma va inserito in un foro e non rimane su. Il risultato è che la lampada non sta dritta, casca e non è utilizzabile. Inoltre tutti i componenti verniciati sono rifiniti male, mancano di verniciature e finitura. Ho mandato subito una email con apertura di un ticket (26/03/2026), ad oggi le uniche risposte che ricevo dall'assistenza sono quelle di accettare un rimborso che partiva dal 10% e ad oggi arrivato al 30%, ossia di 17,268€ a fronte dei 57,56€ che ho speso. In compenso mi lasciano la lampada perchè troppo costoso il trasporto! Non intendono mandarmi una lampada funzionante in sostituzione nè rimborsare l'acquisto di un prodotto difettoso. La sig.ra Senona dell'assistenza non risponde più alle mie richieste. Non so come fare per avere indietro i miei soldi. Sconsiglio l'acquisto su questo sito, non è un'azienda seria.

Finger weg von dieser Firma. Sie verschicken Ware, die defekt ist und wollen sie nicht wieder zurücknehmen. Zum Glück habe ich es über PayPal gemacht. Da habe ich den Fall gewonnen aber die Firma möchte nicht die Versandkosten übernehmen. Die Ware soll nach Tschechien geschickt werden. Das Paket kostet fast 30 € Versandkosten. Sie haben selber in den Richtlinien drinne stehen mit Reklamationen, dass sie einen Rücksendeetikett erstellen, was sie partout nicht machen ich werde gegen diese Firma eine Anzeige erstatten und es gerichtlich regeln lassen.
