They failed to provide the Arrival…

They failed to provide the Arrival notice even after the vessel arrived. Two days later, I still did not get the arrival notice, resulting in a manifest hold by customs as the entry could not be filed in time. Their help line is terrible. Spent close to an hour every time I called them and even then the issue was not resolved.

Ik ben zeer ontevreden over CMA CGM

Ik ben zeer ontevreden over CMA CGM. 14/12 werd mijn container verzonden vanuit Antwerpen Belgie naar Dar es Salaam Tanzania. Mijn container zou in eerste insta tie 17/02 aankomen. Inmiddels is de aankomst datum al 9 keer gewijzigd zonder reden en/of notificatie. Op dit moment staat er dat de container 28/03 zal aankomen op bestemming maar bevind zich op Port Klang Maleisië wat heel apart is. Volgens de website van CMA CGM zou het 56 dagende duren.

Ik zal niet meer via CMA CGM versturen en raad ook iedereen af hiermee zaken te doen.

Despicable mess

Having been in the industry for 20 years I have never dealt with such a shambles of a shipping company. Roughly 400 containers booked and paid for to ship to Turkey from the UK. Around 1/4 of containers never turned up to load at shippers premises after being booked with approx. 2 months notice. Then around 1/2 of containers that were shipped have been sitting at transshipment port in Beirut for 3/4 months with no advice or updates from customer service even after asking about a dozen times over a few weeks. Have been asking for updates for weeks and weeks, any emails sent to CMA (sales/customer care/exports all in copy) are ignored, asked to escalate to head office - promise of response - nothing. Been asking for ETA of these containers since early January - nothing, they cannot even tell me when my containers are due to arrive. My phone calls are either cut-off or promises of getting called back never happen. Absolute shambles, will no doubt end up in court. Despicable company, I feel for anybody that works here or does business with them - good luck if that's you.

Extremally slow services, which is cause troubles. !

This company service is extremally slow and not efficiency. We requested the invoice to get container release, but, they never, never, never send invoice to us on time, happened so many times already. Because of the this ,our client and our company have to pay extra to finish the job. Compare to another shippers, they are all busy doing their business, such as MAERSK, MSC , COSCO etc., but none of them like CMA CGM, super slow! It's seems like the employee in the CMA CGM is not working at all. So disappoint and don't know why CMA CGM can be the one of the biggest shipper in the world! We are now ask our client, DO NOT use CMA CGM in the future anymore! Not reliable at all.

Deception

I have been using cma for some time now. Recently they advices clients and customers that they are now offering about 3week transit time shipment to Ghana which I decided to use in October 2021. My container eta was 29th of November which never happened. I realised upon tracking my container have been offloaded in Dakar Senegal. Till today my container eta keep changing. Items in it were expected to be used for Christmas. In fact I am disappointed because I have a second container that left tilbury on the 9th of November also still not arrived. I am very disappointed in cma and they not telling customers the truth to start with. Thanks

Shameful and bully company
I just wanted to let you know that their employees in Lithuania are bullies and cowboys and have no respect to anyone and do not know how to deal with humans
I had a container with personal items from Lithuania to Limassol , which they made decisions to delay it at the port Hamburg for 1/5 month on the ground. I will submit a claim to return all my money and just to make people aware that they have no respect to anyone and deal with us like bullies because we are under their mercy.

I just wanted to let you know that their employees in England are bullies and cowboys and have no respect to anyone and do not know how to deal with humans
I had a container with personal items from Dubai to London , which they made decisions to delay it at the port and cancelled the delivery to my house and after that they sent me an invoice to pay storage which was their decision to cancel the delivery , and after that they sent another invoice for overtime to pay, I will be complaining to the police on their shameful conduct against me and I will submit a claim to return all my money and just to make people aware that they have no respect to anyone and thyr deal with us like bullies because we are under their mercy

TOTAL DISREGARDS AND DANGEROUS TO BUSINESS. DO NOT USE...I REPEAT DO NOT USE

This company is a disgrace. My container is currently in Kribi Port Cameroon destined for Douala Cameroon. They have been pushing the arrival date forward for 3 plus weeks now. How this is allowed to happen beats my imagination.
The current location and destination location of my container is only a couple of hours drive.
They are doing this in African destinations thinking they can't be sued.
I will explore my options as they are sending my business under.

I ADVICE EVERYONE TO RUN WHEN YOU SEE THEM. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR BUSINESS.

WORST EVER

WORST EVER. BAD COVERAGE . TERRIBLE SERVICES. Liner should be 24/7 online, supposed to be reliable for forwarding but we end up suffering trying to reach them , if only i could swear here, that'll be great .

My booking last minute when want to entering port gate, Booking WAS NOT FOUND. A day before that, everything was on hand and planned successfully, but suddenly, container was not allowed to enter port as Booking Confirmation was invalid. WWTH?? then how did we managed to bring out container from depot ? and update port system??

Rendez nous nos affaires

Départs du container le fin mars de Dakar arrivée prévu le 19 avril ! Sans prévenir personne on s’en ai rendu compte seul le container a été déchargé en Afrique du Nord et on ne veux pas nous le rendre ! Le problème c’est que c’est un déménagement donc toutes nos affaires sont dans se container meubles habits etc on a plus rien nous sommes complètement démunis et quand on l’es contact ils nous donne des dates mais ne les tiennes pas ! Ils sont inhumains et n’ont aucune compassion pour leur clients !c’est une compagnie à éviter ! Et vu les notes on comprend mieux pourquoi

Very unreliable shipping company if not…

Very unreliable shipping company if not the worst shipping company, this Company has put me in a big problem,the worst is that I lost some of my investors because of this unreliable company. I hope our Government would stop this company from operating in Nigeria.

Unreliable shipping company

Every year we have same problem causing us loosing big clients because of port omisions with no reason that add up to 6 week extras in goods deliverys....
Recomend spend a bit more with more reliable companies - at the end they will be cheaper options.

Arrival date

This company is unreal and unbelievable 😳. I am still expecting the car shipped through them since October and the date keeps changing every time I tracked it. It was showing March 18th last week l checked today is saying April 9th Every time I checked the date keeps changing. I am totally confused now it is almost six month just to ship a car from America( Easyhaul company)to Nigeria. Can somebody help me???????????

le vol est habituel et normal

Ma voiture sensé être dans un container de la cma cgm pour un trajet le havre- martinique à été pillée. Le prestataire ags me dit que le vol est le fait de la cma-cgm. Leur service contentieux (cma-cgm) me dit que c'est normal, il y a des vols donc ne jamais rien mettre dans une voiture transporté et que seul une plainte donnera droit à une éventuelle enquête. Donc un vol dans un container est une évidence et ça ne choque personne. Un autre service clientèle pris sur le site internet me demande pas mal de renseignement pour au final m'envoyer un mail pour me dire que mon problème est résolu... j'ai beau demander quelle est la solution finale alors ? plus rien aucun message.

Utterly shambolic

Utterly shambolic, this company has cost my company £20,000 in lost sales just in the last 2 weeks now, increasing daily, we could loose customer because this terrible disorganised shambles waiting for the 4th rebooking of container delivery today. Our suppliers world wide are told not to use this company but one has done.! do not use at any cost they have always been bad. so angry!!!
