22 jours de transit pour un conteneur CMA CGM

J'ai un conteneur CMA CGM de 20 pieds parti de Jebel Ali aux Emirats Arabes Unis le 25/4/2023 à destination de Moroni Comores, via Mtwara en Tanzanie. Arrivé à Mtwara le 15/5/2023, il ne devrait pas être livré à Moroni que le ...6 juin 2023, soit 22 jours après son déchargement à Mtwara qui est à 24 heures de bateau de Moroni.

CMA CGM the worth shipping line to exist

Unbelievable how this company treat their customers, they do not reply to emails, do not answer the phone ...nothing. CMA le Havre have a shocking service they offer clients no support what so ever. They are quick to take your money but when you have an issue with invoices they just out right blank you.

You have been warned!

We are the customer. We are a new cusotmer. We ship thousand of units regularly which adds up to a lot of $$$. However, due to their lack of experience, lack of competency, lack of ownership, lack or taking responsibility, lack of organized communication, lack of willingness to offer actual "customer service", lack of willingness to learn, customer blaming even though it was their errorS (capital S), and so much more they are lacking... I, along with my my carriers and colleagues all agree that a -star is in order. We are now adjusting our contract. It could've been a great partnership but they need to do 1000% better.

alibaba cave and cma same place never seen such dishonesty company we hired container door to door by vessel and truck company changed to rail and they charge us as truck plus all the expenses of delay of rail never corrected mistake and we were oblied to pay for a transport done wrongly and adeelay caused by the mistake cma of course has a claim department but guess what is worst that the alibabba cave is the deaf site where is the french spirit shame to be a french company

CMA is the worst!

I work with 12 different shipping companies in my job and CMA is by far the worst shipping company you will ever have the displeasure of dealing with. website is horribly designed. takes a month of sundays just to check cut dates and etds. their booking page seems to always lead to mistake in the creation of bookings. Their customer service feels like your the center of a practical joke. my forwarding service has nothing but complaints about every booking that come out of CMA because of inaccurate confirmations and bills of lading. What ever you do avoid working with CMA at all costs!

This one off the worse company you could deal with my container has arrived 6 months ago and tell this day they have no idea what is the problem ,they have no customer service and they don’t care they keep adding extra charges but they don’t no what for .

Delay and bad customer service

My container is one month delay and again showing 6 -7 days delay I send messages to cma customer support team many times but every time same reply and my problem is not solve am sick now it's been 3 month near about since I book my container and it showing delays only.

Lousy CS from CMA

Very lousy CS response from CMA, each reply on the same issue opens a new ticket with them instead of compiled. Have to wait almost a whole day to get couple of responses. Each reply showed no interest in resolving the issue or provide options. Other carriers are more flexible in terms of reinstating booking cancellations.

Container move out of Houston

I have a container which grounded in Houston on Aug 8 2022. Today is Aug 17 2022. The container is still in Houston. When calling import customer service, you stay on hold for hours upon hours. They say leave your number and we will call you within the hour, hell no. You never get a phone call back. When things go smooth they are pretty good ocean carrier. But good luck in trying to get answers to why the container is still stuck in Houston.

They are holding my container hostage

They are holding my container hostage! It has been on the rail for a month. Coming form Vancouver to Minnesota. This, in my 15 year of experience, usually takes a week. I paid in full for shipping and duties. $38,000.00. Final payment was made on 7/10/2022
The shipment is now here and grounded 2 days ago!! Last free day is tomorrow. They say the container incurred Customs inspection charges. And I have to pay 2400.00 for those fees before they will release PU#.
When did this inspection take place?? I paid my customs and duties charges a month ago. When it arrived in Vancouver. Why were the charges not communicated until yesterday? Did Freigtos or Ex-freight Zeta know about these charges and not communicate it? Did CMA make up these charges? Is this just a scam to get more money from the customer ?Ocean freight is complicated to navigate and most will just pay it and not even know they should ask a question.
The supply chain problem starts here!!!

THIS IS THE FIFTH TIME THEY PUSHED BACK MY DELIVERY DATE ITS LIKE EVERY TWO OR THREE DAYS THEY ARE ADDING EXTRA DAY ON MY ETA TIME I HATE THESE LIERES AND HOPE THE BUSINESS GET SHUT DOWN I WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT

If there is a zero star I will choose…

If there is a zero star I will choose it. Their staffs in Singapore office only knows how to say 'everything is indicated on the arrival notice'. We paid for the arrival notice on 27 Jun 2022 via a personal bank account and they did not even reply, refused to release our container to our haulier and they did not mention anything till we called them only to say they don't accept 'cash'. I told them we did a bank transfer which means it's not cash. They then changed their tack and said 'We do not accept personal account bank transfer'. I said fine. We transferred again from a corporate account. They said they will refund the money to my personal bank account. After several correspondence only did I realise they needed my ID, a refund letter, bank details and their invoice to process refund. After that, no reply. I emailed their so called ecustomerservice email which is so bad, then they sent an email to show me their international office which obviously did not solve my problem. Then I had no choice. Email their Singapore office again. Then their international office replied the long email to say they are closing the ticket since we are in touch with their Singapore office. Like hey, if you are going to check every email from your ecustomerservice email then why could you not solve the problem to start off with? What is the point of hiring so many useless staffs all over the world when they are just pushing the job to everyone else where in the world?
Your carrier service really is horrible to the maximum!

Absolutely the WORST in the business

Absolutely the WORST in the business. I work with at least 5 other carriers on a daily basis and there is ALWAYS an issue with CMA. Not only that but it takes them literal months solve a problem. They take forever to write back to you, their website is awful. Just a terrible terrible company all around. Truly wish they'd go out of business. I would LOVE if we no longer had to deal with them. Just awful!!
