Second time ordering from here and would 100% recommend. Order arrived within a week; this time I purchased a few refills inks, new markers/fine liners and replacement nibs; one marker did arrive dried out but customer service got back to me within 24hrs and offered to ship a new one with my next order or give a refund. Placing a new order this weekend because you can never have too many Copics lol.
