I have been using CloudRx for a few years. They are outstanding in every way. My medication arrives next day which is unheard of here as I live in a rural location. Super easy & fast delivery
I couldn't order my repeat prescription online so I sent an email - within an hour I'd had confirmation of my order (it was even a Saturday), a simple text link to make payment and my delivery was dispatched and arrived on the Monday. Brilliant service.

Great service
I've been using this company for the last couple of years through my hrt provider.
Never had a problem. They are always very quick to answer any queries and my hrt always arrives promptly. Can highly recommend them.

They chose Royal Mail for delivery but…
They chose Royal Mail for delivery but the parcel got delivered to someone else, I have repeatedly try to contact them but no reply.
They never get back to you when you email them. So never received my parcel and now it’s gone up in price 😡

Pleasantly surprised
I didn't check the reviews before ordering so was a bit concerned by what I'd read but the whole process was simple and quick. Within 2 days from registering and placing the order it was being delivered. Item was well packaged and refrigerated as expected. Based on this I would definitely recommend.

I have prescribed a weight loss pen…
I have prescribed a weight loss pen which did not work and I sent proof of pen but cloudrx disagree to help and dissolve the matter and throuh my pen and never refund my money. They are scam and play games with customers. I ask for my pen but they disposed my pen.

As outlined in our terms and conditions—agreed to prior to us collecting the device—our non-return policy states that any pen submitted for testing will not be returned.
Following thorough testing by our pharmacy team, no manufacturing fault was identified. The results indicated the issue was related to usage rather than a defect, and evidence of these findings was also provided to you.
In line with our policy, replacements are only issued where a verified manufacturing fault is confirmed. Where no fault is identified, the device is disposed of safely in accordance with pharmacy procedures.
We understand this outcome may be disappointing; however, we have followed the agreed process throughout. If you would like further support or guidance, our team remains happy to assist.

Fast, reliable and consistent. My doctor's office use their service to fulfill my prescriptions and the process to order and pay is simple and easy to follow. I will give 4 stars because every shipment costs about £9 despite the fact they are a dedicated (captive) service. I would agree to add a premium to "same day/emergency" delivery but for the regular ones, it seems a bit unfair for the regular customer using their service year after year.

Could be better
Unfortunately, every time I need a repeat prescription I have to chase CloudX for it, even though my private clinic told me I would receive reminders from them. In reality, I usually have to send two emails before I get a response.
I also noticed that the price of Androfeme has been increased without any notification, which is disappointing.
On the positive side, once the request is processed the delivery is very quick, which is great. However, the delivery charge is quite high.
Overall, the service would be much better if communication improved and reminders were actually sent as promised.
