I love the items I have received so far (6 pieces) and will keep collecting more. Support was very responsive when I accidentally ordered the wrong size. If I had to complain, I wish shipping were faster, but as it is technically coming from Canada, there is a short delay. Other than that, I am a very happy customer.

I was extremely happy with the quality of my first purchase so when I came back for more I decided to check out their Military Discount. C&C staff responded immediately confirming my discount code and when I had follow-up questions they replied quickly to those as well. Wonderful products and wonderful customer service!

Ordered a ring with a discount. Honoured the refund with the discount amount into a coupon when I returned the item I decided I did not want. Almost instantly and got the refund as soon as they received the item back and bought the piece I preferred! Quick easy and painless. Didn’t have to pay anything to return the item. Was great will order again!

Horrible experience
How would you like it if it was your son’s birthday and you ordered a ring two weeks in advance of his birthday and didn’t receive the ring for another five weeks. When you got the ring it was black and badly tarnished. We sent the ring back and received another ring that was bent. We sent that ring back and you said you would never send a ring out like that, and wouldn’t send another or refund. Instead you kept the rin and said you disposed it. That in itself was ridiculous since silver was $80 and ounce at the time. It’s sad our previous experience was great and now this. You should really check your people in customer service. Poor job! We won’t give you another dime. I’m not sure of the date. My son’s birthday was March 29th.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry that what was meant to be a birthday gift for your son became such a frustrating experience. We understand how disappointing it was for the original ring to arrive with tarnishing, and we're glad we were able to resolve that concern promptly by providing a replacement under our warranty.
When the replacement ring was later returned to us, our team carefully inspected it to better understand the concerns being raised. During that inspection, we found that the ring had sustained significant wear and damage that was inconsistent with its original condition and was not indicative of a manufacturing defect. The condition of the ring was not one that would ever pass our quality inspections or be shipped to a customer, and no quality issue with the replacement itself had been reported prior to its return.
While we always do our best to accommodate customers when unusual situations arise, we also have to make decisions based on the condition of the items we receive back. In this case, the evidence indicated that the ring had been heavily worn and damaged while in the customer's care, which meant we were unable to approve the requested refund under our return policy.
As a gesture of goodwill, we did offer to return the ring to you rather than retain it, even though the return did not meet our policy requirements. We appreciate your previous support of our brand and are genuinely sorry that this experience has changed your impression of us.

Beware International Purchases!
***Update in reply to C&C's message: Like I said, buyer beware! C&C is the only jeweler on the planet where "significant wear or damage" can occur from wearing a necklace around your neck perhaps 30 times***
I'd made my 3rd purchase through C&C online from Australia and was very happy until some leather wrap on a necklace from my first purchase broke/tore/failed.
I contacted C&C and they sent me details of what I needed to send, I sent the video, pictures and details.
Their responses were fast, credit there, unfortunately they said "After reviewing the details, we’re sorry to let you know that we’re unable to approve the request", this is a necklace that lasted all of 6 weeks!
Perhaps their warranty and customer service is far better if you live in Nth America, but if you're purchasing for overseas, buyer beware!

I ordered a 4mm rope chain from for this company and the chain itself don’t even measure 3mm. I think they just expect their customers to not even notice since probably most of them are naive and don’t know about jewelry. I reached out to them with the pictures they asked for and hopefully they can refund me because I don’t even want a replacement anymore. I will never buy from them again

Returning for an size exchange
I ordered a wallet chain and a bracelet and found the bracelet was too small. After emailing their customer support they directed with a link for an exchange and provided free shipping. I waited about 10 days but there was no update on the exchange. I emailed support again and they resolved the issue within 12 hour period. Customer support was very quick to answer my emails and resolved my issue very quickly. As for the products I received during my purchase and even past purchases, I had no problems with the quality of the items and there was no damaged packaging either.

Great Products and the BEST Customer Service
I cannot say enough about Clocks & Colours as a company. Their products are awesome and very well made, and the best part is they stand by them as they all carry a warranty. My sterling silver bracelet snapped while playing golf and I was lucky enough to find it; C&C decided it fit the warranty criteria and is going to fix or replace it for me. Customer service response time was ridiculously fast. Feel good about spending your money here.

Fraudulent marketing practices
In reference to your below response:
I do not accept the explanation as sufficient.
Whether the email was sent intentionally or due to a "system error," the result is the same: customers received a promotional offer that was not valid. From a consumer perspective, there is no way to distinguish between an outdated campaign being accidentally triggered and a marketing promotion being intentionally distributed. The email encouraged purchases based on a discount that was unavailable, which is misleading.
If this was truly a system error, a customer-focused resolution would have been to honor the promotion that was advertised rather than simply acknowledge the mistake after the fact. Instead, customers were presented with an offer that could not be redeemed.
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the marketing communications they send. Blaming a technical error does not change the fact that customers were induced to shop based on inaccurate promotional information. I remain disappointed with both the situation and the company's handling of it.

NO LIFE TIME WARRANTY
Their "Life Time Warranty" is BS Clear diamond-like stones on a ring I purchased turned brown and black. Customer service was not help, they first asked for a video, pictures, and proof of address. and then said, " Sorry, we will not do anything.
