I bought this "lifetime deal" and was…
I bought this "lifetime deal" and was so excited to get everything under one roof. If you send a ticket, it says you will get assisted within 24 hours. I'm still waiting from a time last week and this happened before as well. In addition, I thought this was great because any email stuff was going to be a very inexpensive per piece price and now they emailed me that they want to charge almost $100 per month for everything. That's MORE than if I keep my old systems. Very bait and switch. If they can fix this issue and either provide real customer support or give us a true estimate of time for assistance, I will be happy to come in and update or do a new review. But, as things currently stand today, I would not refer this to anyone else.
Access to many features, but…
UPDATE - I paid for a lifetime plan based on the promises of no extra ongoing charges. My account was paused when I finally got everything set up and working. I was told that I need to pay $97USD monthly to be able to use email. What good is a funnel with no email? Besides, I'm just starting out and I just made this huge investment in what I thought was a "lifetime" deal. Until I was kicked out of my account, I thought it was pretty decent, and I was even recommending them. Now I don't trust them.
MY REVIEW FROM BEFORE
Access to many features that you would get from a ghl subscription but without the help when you need it. It was quite a challenge for me to make things work as I got this without really knowing how to set up the platform. There are help files that guide you through all the features, but if this is all new like it was for me, finding the appropriate guide was a real challenge. Waiting for help via email required patience and good notes, because every time I asked for help, but the time I got a human response, I had totally forgotten what I was trying to accomplish. Now that they are talking about offering help, but at the same cost as a ghl subscription, I might just switch platforms.
Unsustainable support leads to Mandatory added subscription fees.
I really like the platform and all of the capabilities it provides, however, communication, support, and transparency are lacking, and have been a source of stress. There have been multiple incidents where the platform unexpectedly stopped working. We had to reach out to the clixlo community to get ANY information. I think clixlo initially over extended themselves, and is pulling back on the reigns. Hopefully with their new mandatory monthly payments, their support can rise to the level of a typical CRM.

I purchased the Clixlo life time deal…Now they change the goal posts
I purchased the Clixlo life time deal which included pay per use services (for sending emails, texts...). Now they are saying that they are discontinuing pay per use service and instead asking to signup for monthly plans that I could purchase as a GHL user and get better service and functionalities.
Without this feature this life time deal is no good for small companies looking for a GHL option without the monthly expense. GHL looks cheap now.
Bait and switch - if I could give zero stars, I would
Three weeks ago, I signed up for a "lifetime" deal with this outfit. Their sales page pointed out that, at the price they were charging, they couldn't include any email sending, but that I could send "7,000 emails for $10" or that I could integrate a 3rd-party email service to handle my emails.
Fast forward to the start of this week, and they announced that my account will be suspended unless I add a payment card and start giving them $97 every month for "unlimited" emails. They are also no longer supporting third party ESPs.
I don't need unlimited emails - I have a small but responsive list. However, because they now don't support other ESPs, I am forced to either pay them $97 every month or simply continue enjoy my lifetime access to a useless platform.
Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and the reason why internet marketers have such a dreadful reputation.
So, I'm going back to the platform I'd moved across from. It costs more, but I'd rather give my money to a company I trust and has always acted honestly towards me than this bunch.

I purchased the lifetime software option.
With the recent company decision to no longer offer pay as you go service, I can not even log into my account. I can not access our clients or customers. I can not access the forms and landing pages we have created. I can not access the curriculums we built. Nothing. Unless you want to the pay the months billing fee, the software is absolutely useless.

Amazing platform
I was looking for a marketing system that has everything in one place and wouldn't break the bank. Being a new business I needed something easy to implement but didn't need it to look like it was cheap. Clixlo fits all of that! So thankful I found them.

Our experience with Clixlo has been mixed. While the platform offers a range of tools that could be beneficial, the execution and customer service have left much to be desired. Communication regarding pricing changes was poorly handled, leading to confusion and frustration. Despite reaching out, the responses often felt dismissive. Although Mike from Clixlo eventually addressed some of these issues, the initial lack of transparency and respect for customer concerns was disappointing. I hope Clixlo takes this feedback seriously and improves their communication and service quality.
Good Product With Some Limitations
I have used a lot of platforms but clixlo is great. The only drawback was the email service. Everything else is good. The email monthly plan was not on my card to use, but after considering the cost of GoHighLevel and the added expense of running the entire program, the $97/mo makes sense. The funnel and website builders are far superior to anything else I've used lately.

Turned into a scam overnight with a money-grab move.
Bait and switch. They just changed their whole pricing model and no longer have a one-time-price, but now force you to a monthly billing service.
They also stopped supporting self-run email through SMTP or other services forcing you into your own.
Avoid this site at all cost. Go to Climbo.com instead of these scammers.
Clixlo is a great value!
I was looking for an all in one solution and Clixlo fit the bill. There is an abundance of features and I learn something new everyday. The low cost of ownership is great and I have come to the understanding that the platform is self service for the most part and this might not be for everyone, but if you dig in you can figure out most support tasks on your own.
What you purchase is not what you get
When you sign up for the Lifetime package they outline that you will be able to "pay as you go" for email services. I paid for 3500 emails and after sending 260 emails they turned off my ability to email and when I reached out to them to resolve the issue they responded with an automated email that stated that my only option to reinstate emails is if I pay $97 a month or $897 a year. These prices are substantially more than the founders prices that I was paying with the previous software I used before switching, which is no longer a price available to me.
They do not have a live chat, a number to call customer service, and will only respond with the same automated email, so after 5 days of attempting to reach them I left a review on Facebook like so many others with a similar issue. They immediately commented and stated that they will look into it but then never responded again.
***Advice for anyone seeing this! I advised them that given the amount of people that have had shared experiences of them fraudently taking our money if the issue isn't resolved I will look into further options. They knowingly are being deceptive and there are laws against that. You can report this to your states Attorney Generals office and they will do an investigation. The company will most likely resolve the issue on their own at that point.
