I purchased The lifetime Access two…

I purchased The lifetime Access two years ago at US$497 and last week they blocked my account and asked me whether I would pay for a monthly fee and use the email and text option or not be able to send emails at all so considering I bought this system to be able to use a complete funnel being able to send emails and text they took away the option to be able to do that and a pay as you go basis and asked me to sign up for a US$97 per month deal in that deal. I would get unlimited access to support as well but to date even after paying, I have not heard back from them on any of the enquiries I’ve made because they haven’t been able to give me access to lead connect emails so I’m currently still using my SMTP emails which they said it wouldn’t be allowed though. I’m still sending emails using my own STP when they said they would provide me a service provider of their own and I’m not getting any Customer support it’s really poor , of how they’re treating us customers and I’m really hoping to find a better solution now because this is a deal that they have presented to be competitive with others in the market but Clixlo is doing a s&$@ job at serving their market

Terrible

Terrible. I purchased the lifetime membership about a year or so ago. I never used it until deciding to jump in now. my login is no longer working. cant get hold of them online. emailed their support without success. Would have been a raving fan if this had worked out. really dissapointed. I also recieved a text message saying my account was paused a while ago??

Very Poor Customer Service

Very poor customer service. I wish I can upload and show the screenshots of how many times I have contacted support at Clixlo to upgrade to $99 a month. From August 24th till today I have been requesting to upgrade then my request changed to move my subaccount because I no longer want on their platform and no reply. Dont waste your time with $99 a month upgrade just get gohighlevel and pay for conversational AI $49 a month. I feel very disrespected by Clixlo

Dam right when I was getting started as a agency with clixlo as my solution they switched the rules now my clients don't want it 😞 I have bought 4 lifetimes deals in total thinking they were good solution for my clients people that are just starting their business I sold them on us using clixlo as a all in one but as of these past week I been seeing so many little charges that weren't there before my clients really don't want to use them I myself have given clixlo multiple good reviews and praises for their good business practices, I understand if they want to switch on people to the new business model but let us people that bought it before keep the model we had ... This is why it's not good to depend on platforms that you have no control over I have spent almost 2 years learning the platform to become an expert and bring users to the platform as a solution but 97 a month for a startup restorant or plumber is too much when they might send just 5 emails a week and 10 phone calls a month it's just too much I'm very disappointed and I can't believe how all of us and the people that I recommended this got duped I have had to show face to those people and now I need to remedy it as their advisor.. I will be giving them personaly their money back and I'll just keep the clixlo accounts it's the least I can do .. or maybe just open a go high level of my own . Just so I can have control going forward ... This was a good learning lesson overall .... Now if your an agency with allllllooooottt of traffic like thousands of calls and emails the unlimited plan sounds like it can save you some money .... Pick your poison!

Little support =[

Same thing happened here. I'm so frustrated with this. I paid not only the lifetime license but also upgraded for other lifetime features. It was a great deal. Then a few days later I am led to pay the same amount every month. I'm still willing to do that because I couldn't believe they could offer that for just a one-time $97. But it still doesn't work and very little support. Super sad because I spent weeks loading everything into it. I REALLY wanted to find something that did everything it said it would. Our company is also small, but we reply to every email and text and phone call quickly. Giving it a three star because I like the basic functions of the CRM. I just need it to also SMS and Email.

Jai payer a vie 285$ le gros forfait

Jai payer a vie 285$ le gros forfait , il avait beaucoup de bug pour les utilisateur quebecois ou francais les message se rende a moitier en francais , jai mit des mois de travail dans ce logiciel jusqua temps qu'il charge part mois pour les courriel et sms . donc on ne peut plus faire de facture sinon on est charger 13$ canadiens par facture envoyer. la communicfation est plus que difficile les probleme que jai rencontrer en 6 mois ne se sont jamais regler . il on couper mon compte du jour au lendemain . ne perdez pas votre temps et votre argent !

I have been hoodwinked and bamboozled.

I should have listened, someone told me not to do this but I went ahead and bought it anyway. Just as I got everything I needed set up, they made a massive change eliminating pay as you go emails, text, calls and moving to a $97 a month unlimited plan. WHAT? So I'm supposed to pay monthly the same price I paid for the entire lifetime deal? They can charge however much they want so going to $97 is ridiculous. And it isn't like they are doing that just because GHL said they can't advertise an LTD. They could have complied with GHL and give everyone that purchased the LTD a100% off coupon code to do the right thing, they could let people use SMTP, but instead they decided to really screw over a bunch of people. They are deleting comments in their community and on their page and disabling people's accounts with no warning. It is an insane business practice. I loaded money to cover my pay as you go emails, I won't get that back. There are people who have been using this for months and months that are just completely screwed.

Know what you're getting into

Know what you're getting into - the one time deal for $97 is great if you don't mind working out everything yourself. The tool itself is great, however the support and onboarding is near non-existent and I've had issues even getting them to turn on the pay as you use messaging services (text and email).

Further to this, I signed up for a pay as you use service for text and email, fully aware that this was marked up by them, but the deal still represented good value. I've been shocked to receive recent change notifications saying that there will now be a $97/m fee for unlimited usage here, for which price I'd much rather just sign up for GoHighLevel with an affiliate and use pay as you go.

The support and lack of ability to communicate with anyone and get help in a meaningful way is the biggest problem by a mile, but the tool is still extremely powerful and useful even as just a CRM, calendar and social media marketing tool

Should've known it was too good to be true. They even thanked me for my negative feedback and sent me this link to leave a review so here I am. Great customer service (NOT).

Bait and Switch is this even legal?

I purchased the $97 lifetime access plan back in June, fully aware that I would need to pay extra for mail, SMS, and phone features on a pay-as-you-go basis. However, last week, all my automations and emails were abruptly stopped without any prior notice. When I contacted support, I was informed that I now have to pay $97 monthly just to send out emails and texts. This sudden change was made without any advance warning, and to make matters worse, my entire account has been suspended. I can't even access my Intellectual Property, despite having paid for lifetime access. This feels like coercion and a bait-and-switch tactic.

The customer support has always been…

The customer support has always been available within the day and very responsive.
It’s a great platform to use as CRm, I have done some automations and created some funnels but mostly I use the ones that come already loaded up.
They have an option for unlimited emails and texts too

Avoid at all cost

This is an absolute scam! It pretends to be a one-time purchase but then asks to charge a serious monthly fee for a service that has always been glitchy. I can't even log-in to retrieve my email list now.

1/10 would not recommend

Overall it was a great platform for a great price. Customer support is severely lacking, but you get what you pay for. With the recent bait and switch, I don't know who would stay with Clixlo when they can get much higher quality support from GHL. I used to recommend to Clixlo to every small business owner I met, now I wouldn't bother.

Best Decision for Processing & Systems

My company has been receiving the best feedback on our process and systems since we switched to Clixlo. One of our universities we work with stated that we must have a large team behind us because we are so effective in our communication!!!
