Do not buy this platform

Do not buy this platform. Actually I am at risk of being scammed by this company. In my case, I paid $570 for the lifetime plan which did not include email providers, sms providers etc. The company announced that we had to compulsory take the plan for sending emails, sms, etc with a company called leadconector. Based on the above, i paid $970 for the yearly plan, which was supposed to provide unlimited emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and other services. All was working fine for a month. Additionally, they charged another $250 without my authorization and now my service is being interrupted by insuficient funds. they’ve been unable to charge more only because my credit card has reached its limit.
Even though the platform worked well in the past, now the quality of customer service has drastically declined. They now only offer one support email to handle all issues, and despite sending over five emails, I’ve received no response. It seems they may have scammed all their clients and disappeared with the funds. Based on my story a strongly recommend not to buy this platform and in my case i will take legal actions against them.

Clixlo is a ripoff!!!!

Clixlo is a ripoff!!!!! I purchased the product for $497 and then got an upsell. I paid another $97 and they siad they could not help me and have not responded to my requests a refund. They proceeded to make my CRM not work by changing account settings (long story), but I am loosing business due to them rendering my account inactive.

Can't contact anyone at support

Can't contact anyone at support, can text or call anyone. Support doesn't get back anymore, have emailed them numerously over the past 10 days, seems like they took the money for GHL Ltd white label accounts and ran off.

Deleted my account with life time Plan

Purchased life time Create plan a year ago and then recently purchased life time scale plan, got NO upgrade to my account sent a-few emails NO response and finally submitted dispute through bank for my recent purchase which was an upgrade to Create and by next day they have deleted my whole account without any Notice.

Note : dispute was for Scale Not create plan which I haven’t disputed and that was also life time so if you are a real business and have set up everything with this platform and want to set back and thinking you are ON safe hands!!!!! You are Dreaming of BiG Mistake!!!!

They are reselling Sub accounts from High Level so they have full access to everything you have at back end 🤣😂

Take heed before buying Clixlo

When you tell people no more subscriptions to sell their product and you spend hours and money to set it up, then to find out after six you have to subscribe to a 497 to continue, that is a scam!!!

Non existent customer service

Purchased a subscription I never got an activation email. Sent them 5 emails of 3 days following up and no reply.

Can’t even get a refund cause the don’t acknowledge the emails that I send from to accounts just to make sure it wasn’t going to spam.

Poor customer service and support do not use them

Worst crm and support you'll ever receive. Run now. Half of the services don't work and tech support is non-existent. You may get help at the start but when you really need it, they will vanish.

This is my second review for Clixlo

This is my second review for Clixlo. When I subscribed to their platform, I added money to my "Company Billing" account. I have since left this horrible platform. However, I still have $140.00 in my Company Billing account that I want refunded to the card in which I tied to that account. I have sent many, MANY messages with no reply. (Other than a chat bot that doesn't have the capacity to do anything in this situation) I am not using any of their chargeable features. I am only keeping this account open so that I am able to receive my refund.

I am a SMALL BUSINESS. That is MY MONEY and I want it refunded! $140 may seem like a measly amount to some, but it's a lot to my business!

DO NOT USE THE CLIXLO PLATFORM! They have no customer service and their parent company - GoHighLevel is just as bad when it comes to making things right for the people who have used an AGENT OF THEIR PLATFORM!!! (the Clixlo platform)

Purchased twice in error and never granted access!

UPDATE: I filed a fraud complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. They forward information to law enforcement so if you feel you've been scammed, you should also report.

In November 2023 I purchased the $97 lifetime access and never was granted access. Not realizing I had purchased it in 2023, I just paid again for the $97 lifetime access - I wish I had checked my emails beforehand, but again, no access information sent to me and no response to admin or support requests. This appears to be a scam and I will be reporting them to the MN Attorney General.

Update 9/10/24 - I called 315-325-3750, the number associated with the carge on my card and they said it was the wrong number and they don't support Clixlo. When I asked what their company did, she hung up on me.

Their "lifetime deal" isn't one

Their "lifetime deal" isn't one. They'll turn around and disable your whole account unless you cough up $97/mo for "unlimited support" plus SMS and email. They disabled third party connections for those, which they used to have. And "unlimited support" apparently means "we'll completely ignore you.

They started out good and I was happy with the service for almost two years. But now they figured out their business model doesn't work and instead of being real and explaining the situation they're just being dishonest.

ZERO customer service, ZERO trust

Really wanted this to work out, but this company offers ZERO customer service. Paid the lifetime fee of $97 and opted out of any upsells because it was best to see how it all works first. Well.....never received personal login information, even though it was requested several times. In fact, all emails requesting for help were either ignored, or got rejected by their server, and had to use a different email asking for help, yet NO answer even though they are supposed to answer "within 24 hours M-F." Even left a comment in their "help community" with no help from them. It's like they took the money and ran. Refund requested. If not receive it in the next 24 hours, then a charge-off from credit card will happen. Save your money!!!

Avoid at all costs. We need to start a class action

We need to start a class action. This company has been playing bait and switch for the last year with this white label GHL product. They sold it to me for $97 last year, and allowed me to send automatic emails via my own smtp. Now they are charging a monthly fee and have removed my business smtp information. I have been trying to reach support since June to resolve this. I know they are ignoring tickets because I froze the card they were automatically debiting, and they locked the entire program for $6! When I sent it a ticket requesting my account be unlocked to change the card it took less than 24 hours. They then proceeded to charge 12 dollars and just took another 14 this morning. I have 1 toll free number for 3.99 and have sent less than 500 emails and texts combined. I know I’m not the only one having this issue. According to the support community there are many people with billing/trust issues. Do not use this one guys find something else

Horrible Unethical Company and Total Ripoff

This is literally the worst customer experience of my life. I requested a refund IMMEDIATELY after purchasing this. Literally the same day! Their chatbot said a person would call me to process my refund. It NEVER happened. Nobody would reply to me. When I finally did a chargeback, I got an email from "Mike" a month later saying if I told my bank to cancel the chargeback and keep the $97 lifetime offer they would refund the rest of my money. I responded to that and tried to work it out with them. I didn't actually have a charge for $97 because there were so many addons. They ignored me again and I still do not have a refund...THREE MONTHS LATER! They are just reselling Go High Level offering a $97 lifetime offer, but that's not really what you get. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!! If you want Go High Level, go find somebody who is ethical and will actually talk to you. You cannot trust your company to this guy.

I am updating this to say the company continues to ignore me. They did not honor their promises of a refund and they are not even a legitimate company. The state dissolved their corporation due to delinquent taxes. So, they are ripping us off and not paying their taxes!

Go look at the Wyoming Secretary of State website and search for Clixlo. I can not post the link here.

This is not a scam...but it is not completely above board either. The software is glitchy and doesn't work the way it ought too, the "help" centre doesn't have a search function. I know some people have been able to make this work but I'd say save your money and go elsewhere. Despite having a Money-back guarantee image at the bottom of their sales page (where you buy the lifetime access) when I bought it, they've refused to give me back my money in the allotted time. They've since removed that guarantee, but it's still super sketchy.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

I have 3 accounts with them. Their support is basically non-existent. Ive had my phone number stop working several times and nobody has bothered to get back to me with regards to why it's happening.
I signed up using the LIFETIME access which I thought meant... idk lifetime. Two weeks ago they send me an email telling me that I have to pay $97 a month if I want to continue with them or $72 if paid in full for 12 months up front. This is double what I was paying on the pay as you go model. They promised me better customer service if I moved to the $97 a month model and yet I still get no customer service replies.
Do not sign up for this service. The software is amazing but if something goes wrong you are on your own.

The bait and switch others have mentioned is accurate. I'm not sure what to think about this anymore. The software is so incredibly capable, but this email/text issue of "now you have to pay monthly or annually", after purchasing the lifetime deal under the guise of paying per use (which has now been removed), is really bad business practice. Not to mention: did anyone else see the headline on Trustpilot of how they are misusing Trustpilot's information on their website? Likely the 4.9 star rating they tout, which is not correct, and is now missing the Trustpilot logo. Where online have they been ranked 4.9 stars? I used to would have recommended this, but now a picture is painted that is highly untrustworthy, and I have no interest in that. (Side note: the point someone else made about them deleting negative comments in the community is also true. Untrustworthy, and censoring truth. Really bad business practice.)
