Terrible Client Onboarding and Costumer Support
Yesterday I paid my subscription, wondering being directed to the User Panels and receiving all subscription info on my email, and I just receive the Thank You page, saying to check the inbox and if any problem to receive the email, to access the 24h chat support... But for surprising, they doesn't have a chat and after search on the website, I found an email address to send an email message.
After send the message I received a auto answer saying that they would answer my question in 24h.... but Nothing.
So I paid the subscription and nothing... Be careful before subscribe. I'm still waiting for any response.
I'm seriously considering get in touch with my credit card and cancel the payment.
They don't respond my support emails and I don't have a chat or phone option to contact support
They don't respond my support emails, I sent like 6 with no response. The AI chat option is missing from my dashboard, so I'm here without support. I changed the DNS records in my domain more that 24 hours ago, and Clixlo still doesn't recognize it, so I can't attach my new domain. I already cancelled that hosting service where the domain is, thinking of putting on Clixlo. Now I am here, my site is not available, Clixlo doesn't find it, support doesn't care. If somebody from Clixlo reads it, please contact me and fix these problems. Otherwise the software is useless.

Disappointed with Refund Process and Customer Service after sale
I've had a very disappointing experience with Clixlo. After requesting a refund two weeks ago, I still haven't received anything back in my account. Their customer service has been unresponsive, and the refund process seems unnecessarily long and complicated. It's frustrating to be left in the dark about the status of my money.
The lack of communication and timely action on their part is concerning. An 18-day wait for a refund is excessive by any reasonable standard. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Clixlo and its business practices.
I would caution potential customers about doing business with this company. If you run into any issues or need a refund, you may be in a similar frustrating situation. I hope Clixlo improves its refund process and customer service, but I cannot recommend their services for now.

Not at all happy with this platform or their service. I have it an honest go…it is not at all user friendly. I purchased because I had hoped to not only host my course but to also replace my website, email service, and calendar system - it is after all being marketed as an all in one platform. I’m not the most techy gal but with a good help center I have always been able to diy my way through a lot. Well the help center was always outdated every time I tried to use it, my actual dashboard and features never looked like what was shown in the tutorials, nothing was in the same place. It was all very confusing. I messaged support several times. ZERO response. After a few months of trying to make this useful, decided to throw in the towel. I put in a request to support for a refund. Again ZERO response. Finally I asked my bank for a charge back. I am beyond angry to report that after 3 more months, my charge back was denied. Now I am out $97.00. Tell ALL of your friends, as I am certainly telling ALL of mine…this platform is awful, the customer support is flat out nonexistent, and it is a complete waste of your money!
Not satisfied at all with the service
Not satisfied at all with the service. Just purchased the product but it did not met my requirements. I tried to request for a refund through the dashboard but i was not able to. I also tried to contact support twice for a refund and i am still waiting for their response after 5 days. If i don't receive an answer from them i will request for a chargeback from my bank.
Fantastic support
Fantastic support. My photography studio runs Facebook ads and we've been using Clixlo for our lead funnels now about 2 years. Their tech support has always been knowledgeable, and responsive.
Funnel and website downtime return on investment not great
Unfortunately this is the second time in a few months our websites and funnel pages have been presented with "The Site Can't be reached" error messages.
"The website page {...} might be temporarily down or it may have been moved permanently to a new web address."
Yesterday the internet said my website did not exist at all.
AI support is not helpful and human support is taking longer than 24 hours. When you are in the middle of a launch, the price we paid for the software isn't worth the downtime. 😓
I have previously left a positive review for the software, but considering my husbands account (separate to mine) has just received the same error message today, when he just launched a webinar campaign, its now hurting both our businesses.
UPDATE: It took 8 days to get a reply back from support from which they said was a DNS issue on my end with multiple Cnames - not their problem. The DNS settings were confirmed by their support team a few months earlier when I first experienced the issue the first time. Even with only 1 CName in my DNS, my site worked for a day before experiencing the same issue again.
Since Clixlo is an agency branded version of GHL, you are at the mercy of their company to continue their agency status and risk losing all your assets (website, funnels, membership portal, CRM) should they decide to no longer stay in business. Taking 8 days to reply to a critical issue is enough of a red flag for me to say, this is a business practice that is not sustainable, so I'm not prepared to risk my business assets (and invested time) with them any further.
Stop sending me emails
I looked at this to the point of about to commit, my inbox is now flooded with Clixlo emails, even though I have unsubscribed over and over again.

Company appears to have just shut down…
Company appears to have just shut down overnight with no notice to users. Hundreds of us were blocked from our accounts and cannot access our account. I have made multiple efforts to contact Clixlo and they have ignored all messages. I have had to dispute this with my bank to get my funds returned.
Edited to add - that despite the company's response, they did in fact close a few weeks later.

I recently had an experience with Clixlo support that I'd like to share. Overall, I'm pleased with the company and its products, but I believe there's room for improvement in the support process.
Positives:
- The support team handled my issue competently and professionally.
- The final resolution of my problem was satisfactory.
- I appreciate the quality of Clixlo's products and services.
Areas for Improvement:
- Response Time: The time it took to resolve my issue was longer than I expected. Faster response times would greatly enhance the support experience.
- Human Support Availability: Having to wait 24 hours for human assistance was frustrating. I strongly recommend making human support more readily available, perhaps through extended hours or a live chat option.
Conclusion:
While I remain a loyal customer who loves Clixlo's offerings, I believe these changes to the support system would significantly improve the overall customer experience. Quicker response times and more immediate access to human support would align the excellent support quality with the high standards set by Clixlo's products and services.

I had some technical login issues and was able to get it resolved within 24 hours and got a quick response. The platform has been great for my business

Website makes a 14 day money back promise that will be declined if you try to activate it.
The offer states that all features and services are included, but they are not. What you get is a fraction of their full service range.
What you do get is anything but, straight forward to use, with the set up all features far from intuitive.
This might still be reasonable value, but it definitely isn't what what is promised and you wont get your money back.

Clixlo support provided a timely response to my issue and was able to fix the problem.
The lifetime deal is filled with deception!
Warning: Be cautious of scammers. The lifetime deal is filled with deception. On the main page, they advertise that it includes all features. However, after purchasing, they present multiple upselling pages with features that should have been already included in the lifetime package. Upon logging in, most features require a monthly subscription. As soon as the purchase was made, I wasted no time in seeking a full refund for the lifetime deal and additional mobile package I had purchased. It has been almost 4 days and I have yet to receive any contact or refund. I am deeply saddened and I insist on an immediate full refund of $164.00 USD.
