Clip On-sunglasses Omdömen 

So..too late, I read the reviews for this company. Having concluded they were a scam (money taken/no sunglasses), the sunglasses arrived (14 days after ordering). I had no confirmation email and no order number to give to the company to check up. When I emailed, I got an extremely rude response. The sunglasses that did arrive are tiny, nothing like the image and nothing like the shape of most kids glasses. Not a scam but definitely avoid

Ordering was easy, I received my sunglasses very quickly, and were exactly what I requested. Quality glasses and 1st lass service.

Great service and price. Jen from customer service replied within 24 hours to my request for an address change and glasses arrived very quickly. Glasses were sold as grade B but look brand new. Will buy from here again.

Wish I had read customer reviews before buying- no surprise the are not referred to on the company's website. Clip-ons did not fit my prescription glasses. Emails regarding return not replied to, landline phone is never answered, mobile number unobtainable. Appalling customer service.

DO NOT BUY from this Company! Ordered a pair of clip on sunglasses 6th July for my husband, all under his name. Email received advising receipt of order and this was being processed. Payment was taken on 7th July total of £20.98 the cost £18.99 plus p & p. 2 weeks later nothing received, 20th July sent email. 27th July tried to contact them by telephone. Landline just rings and mobile not connected. No goods and no money back.

Should have read the reviews here before ordering. The clip on's didn't fit my glasses so I emailed the company asking how to return them, but two weeks later I've yet to receive a reply.

This company is terrible DO NOT USE. Upon completing my order for 2 pairs of sunglasses, I never received any confirmation email. They then only sent me one pair of the 2 that I ordered, with the next pair delayed afterwards. I tried to contact the contact number on the website, the mobile number is disconnected and the landline merely rings out. I returned both pairs of sunglasses immediately after receiving them as I didn’t like the fit. I have only been refunded for one pair!! Despite repeatedly emailing their customer service since 18/06/22, it has taken me nearly 1 month to get a response only for them to claim they have only received one pair despite me sending them together. SCAM COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The website misleadingly showed a quantity of lens wipes for the money but when they came, they were single sachets. I felt I had been scammed. To add insult to injury, I had to pay an extra £1.50 postage that was short on the parcel. I have received the refund for the original order but now they won't pay me the extra postage and the cost of returning the items. They said they had paid the money to my paypal account. I don't have a paypal account. It seems to me that this company is not a genuine one. I would never use them again and I advise you not to either.

Super happy with the sunglasses that I ordered and received within a week. They were exactly what I ordered and would definitely recommend this company.
The original company was bought out in 2021 and the new owners are amazing and respond to all emails and correspondence. Just a shame they are stuck with all the old reviews.
Going to order a second pair following this review as the glasses and service were brilliant.

Have now received my items and now know why I had a refund, one item not available so all good. The only thing I would say is that I had to wait for the items to arrive to find any info as seller contact was non-exsistent even after sending an email asking what was going on

I have used clip on sunglasses for many years. I drive a lot for work and due to having paid a lot for prescription glasses I dont need to fork out many more pounds for sunglasses I have purchased clip ons from this company. Great service from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

Paid but not received. No response to calls or emails. Angry!!

I received the clip on glasses from them but they were the wrong ones.
On the delivery note the item is correct but what they sent was incorrect.
I sent an email with a photo and explained their error.
I have also left messages on their answer machine asking them to call me! But no! I've heard nothing from them!
Unfortunately I didn't read the previous reviews about this company before I ordered. Big Mistake!
I don't feel I should have to keep chasing them up to get a response. Let's hope they will respond to this review and make amends.

On my order with Clip On Sunglasses they charged me £1.99 for shipping.

Some time after placing my order Royal Mail stuck a note through my letter box saying that they would not deliver because they had not been paid enough for postage.

I went to the local Royal Mail delivery office and they charged me £3 for the packet with the sunglasses.

When I got home I saw that Clip-on-sunglasses had only put on postage for a "1st class letter" 100 grams which the Royal Mail website tells me is 98p.

I emailed the address that Clip On Sunglasses advertise to complain about them not paying enough for postage despite charging me for it but they have not responded.

Order never arrived and customer support never replied. Total scam.

No order received. Cannot get satisfactory response on telephone; as mail box is full on landline telephone No. Mobile phone contact with woman who did not want to take order no. on the telephone, and just wanted to know what I ordered; which I couldn't remember exactly while on the phone to her(there were several items ordered). Could not obtain a printout of said order, despite the prompts on-screen. The images would not appear. Just took a screenshot of the order No. I was increasingly getting irritated with her response. She quickly accused me of being abusive to her on the phone, which I wasn't. DO NOT use this company!!!! Reported
